Not all amenities could be used from morning to night.
Good or not good
The massage jets in the outdoor area were switched off shortly after 7.00 pm. After complaining (3 times) they ran in the evening, but later in the morning. The steam bath was heated for the last time in the evening at 6.45 pm, even after complaints. (3 times)... nothing changed, so late guests had no chance to use it. In the bathing area there were many things (towels etc.) that could no longer be assigned to anyone and in the entrance area the picture of bathing slippers left behind was frightening.here it would urgently need to be cleaned out.it looks just as frightening in the drying room.we could not find these defects two years ago.

Very well managed campsite with thermal baths, physio on site, wellness area and very beautiful natural bathing lake with great relaxation area, very loving decoration on the lake or on the buildings, two very good restaurants on site (new is pizzeria),

When the place is full there are too few toilets, the spa and sauna are very busy at peak times, selfish campers occupy the loungers with towels for hours, Steam sauna stops working every evening from 6.30 pm (sorry wellness area open until 8.00 pm), electricity costs 90 Ct but quite steep, with daily 3.90 € environmental tax and visitor's tax, this easily adds up to 120 € additional costs in two weeks. Due to the merger with KurcampingFuchs and a shared reception, there is a large local crowd. The WLAN was never a big hit, but now nothing worked for two weeks, and dog owners will forgive me, but a full-grown dog has no business in a restaurant!
Top camping with minor weaknesses
still a top campsite, unfortunately there are many egoists who ignore the bathing/sauna rules, changed camping puplic who can't even say hello anymore, but all in all this is complaining at a high level, it will be exciting to see how the merger with the lower campsite succeeds as the current wellness area was very often overcrowded.

This used to be a good place, in its current state not worth 3 stars, price performance no longer fits, overpriced only the new Italian restaurant convinces with good food

Boss should be a little friendlier, the toilets are very few when the place is full, in the afternoon there were often no towels and toilet paper. The Pzza at the place leaves much to be desired, the bread roll prices differ from the bakery by 20 cents per roll, but is the same bakery

The place is nice but some of the staff should be a bit friendlier, as well as the pizza on the place leaves to be desired looks like a frozen pizza and very expensive.

Pitch sizes perfectly adequate for the average caravan/motorhome. Small store with a good selection. Natural bathing pond with shy inhabitants lovingly prepared in detail. Sufficient wellness area and thermal bath. Restaurant with a good and tasty selection of dishes. Staff very friendly and nice.
Negativa
WiFi only sporadically available in the evening when the pitch is fully occupied. TV connection on the pitch not usable, probably technology from another world.
Quiet, clean and lovingly decorated in detail
The place and surroundings are very well maintained. Staff are attentive and friendly and also happy to help. The adjoining restaurant is highly recommended with plenty of choice and very good dishes. Breakfast is also possible there. Pizza and local dishes are also available in the immediate vicinity.... Shopping facilities on site in a small, well-stocked shop/beverage store. Several supermarkets within a radius of 1-3 km. Conveniently located in the spa triangle and for a trip to Austria. Very well developed cycle path network.

Camping with a dog
Super quiet atmosphere.
The natural swimming lake and the wellness area are perfect for relaxing, everything is clean and the team is very friendly. We were super happy with the rental pool!
If you are traveling with a dog, you should treat yourself to an hour with the dog trainer Christian. He gave us great tips and at a very reasonable price!
All in all a really nice vacation!

A really great campsite, with an atmosphere that you rarely find. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks to waiter David who also organizes the iced coffee by the pool. Mega!

A campsite with everything you could wish for and in top quality.
The campsite offers everything you could wish for and much more, and the bathing pond is romantically lit until late at night.
A pitch was reserved for us, but we were allowed to choose the best pitch ourselves.
We would love to come back.

MAX1 - can only be recommended
Max1 can only be recommended. Reception staff always friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are excellent and always clean. The wellness and therapy facilities are great for relaxing. The campsite is very quiet and easily accessible. You can choose between the outdoor thermal pool, indoor pool... and natural bathing lake. The natural bathing lake is beautifully laid out and is a great place to relax. The Maxwirt restaurant offers very good food, which can be enjoyed indoors and on the beautiful terrace.
The only small negative experience: sometimes you have to wait in line to wash the dishes. A few dishwashing places would be good here.
The facilities for washing clothes are excellent.

Quiet, clean campsite
A very quiet, natural, well-kept site with friendly and helpful staff. Good bread roll service and store with the essentials - no fresh/chilled goods.
Thermal bath and sanitary facilities very clean. Massages good. Dog-friendly with shower and exercise facilities. Many beautiful hiking and biking trails.

Wellness oasis with great attention to detail
We were there over the Easter vacations with 2 teenagers and everyone loved it. Here you will find a place that has been designed with great attention to detail. The area around the swimming pond has become incredibly beautiful and is beautifully illuminated at night. During the day, you can find cushions... and pillows on every seat, no matter where you are on the course. The spa area is elegantly designed and offers everything your heart desires. The separate spa area outside is separated from the course and lovingly designed, right down to the water feature and the great separee loungers.

Once in the warm spa water, you won't want to leave. We have rarely found such a pleasantly warm outdoor pool. In addition, all the wash houses and sanitary facilities are lovingly designed and always well maintained.

The staff always have an open ear and are courteous and friendly. Hospitality is a way of life here.

We had a few wonderful, invigorating days here and will definitely be back.

Cleanliness, plot size, friendliness and the price-performance ratio never fail to impress us. The thermal baths and sauna area are always an experience. The possibility to get a massage is also worth mentioning. The food at the Maxwirt is top class.

Again in November and this time with a surprise
We loved being here again. Everything was perfect, we were able to really relax again. I received a little surprise and a personal dedication for my birthday. We'll be here again on New Year's Eve!
