"HERBSTURLAUB 2025 on the construction site - FALL VACATION 2025 ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE! We love going to this campsite in the fall. Especially because of what this site has to offer in the low season. We moved into our pitch in the green area on 26.10. (for a week). The pitch stayed dry despite a lot of rain. We had no worries about rain. While the pitches in the yellow area were once again covered in mud. The water from the river was drained, otherwise it would have overflowed, as has often happened before. We had actually been looking forward to the week's vacation for a long time. We deliberately avoided the blue area, as 16 North Sea villas are being built here. Every morning from 6.30 a.m., the construction site is diligently occupied and hammered for all it's worth and the construction vehicles drive up with a loud noise. We can still use the swimming pool as normal for the first few days. However, the rear pool was closed off from 28.10. onwards. A renovation project is starting there, which apparently has to be started right now in the last week of the SH vacations and can't wait another week until the place is less busy. From then on, the fun of swimming was gone. We visited the pool once and had enough of the mass bathing after 30 minutes. You couldn't even use an arm's length around you to move around. Too bad, our daughter is out of the age of the indoor, her highlights were the bathing, which was now also omitted. So any other place would have done. We were happy to make use of the wellness facilities, which are always great in the low season. As always, the sanitary facilities were pleasantly clean and heated!

"Top place in DK - Top site, several check-in lanes for caravans and motorhomes on arrival. The paths are all wide and the site is very well maintained and clean. There are several wash houses that are cleaned several times a day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach only about 500 meters, sandy beach without stones. There is an exercise area with agility for people with dogs.

"Great campsite, close to the beach - A well-maintained campsite that delights young and old with its range of activities. You can forget about bad weather in the wellness area, the bathing area or the playland. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. I would love to come back!!!!!

"Great place for the family in the fall - We are repeat offenders as we have lots of activities on site for the young 9 year old. Regardless of the weather. It was very quiet in the green area as it was rather busy in the purple area. We were dry this year, last year we got soaked in the yellow area when it rained. We love the North Sea nearby and were able to use the spa for free, which I wouldn't normally pay extra for. The Wiese swimming pool was used daily by the boys, but was really full at times. The indoor playground was also quite full from time to time. We like having lots of opportunities for shopping, eating out and activities right next to the campsite, but this all comes at a price.... We were lucky enough to have a brand new wash house in the green area. We almost exclusively used the family bathrooms, which were always free, very spacious and had a shared toilet, shower and washbasin in one room.

"Beautiful week in fall - We are repeat offenders. We visited this course for the 5th time this fall. You can see how much is invested in the campsite every year. Now we were able to see the oversized reception. (Is that really necessary? Well) We were in the green area, these are standard pitches and they were in a relatively quiet location and the wash house was newly renovated and modern. Next year there will be a fitness studio. We had access to the wellness center from Monday to Thursday, which we really liked. We also liked the fact that it was quiet and only accessible from the age of 16. We ate pizza on the square, highly recommended. You can get a lot of things for your daily needs in the store. Blavand itself is actually always full, at least on the days we were there.

"A great place - This was our 1st time at the campsite and we have to say we were very satisfied. Everything was very nice, the people were all friendly and helpful. Sanitary facilities very clean. We would love to come back > a great campsite all round!
