Profil

Hosehold "Radovic" is located in village Popov Most which is app. 1km far from Sutjeska National park in Boznia and Herzegovina. Arround a house there is cca 6.000m2 of flat land (meadow) which is ideal for camping (it is 10m …far from the Sutjeska river). This is very sunny place surrounded by the forest and river. Inside the house there is a bathroom, kitchen and everything which can be at the disposal of the guests which are on camping. We also rent that accommodation (6 beds) for the tourist who doesn't prefer camping (3/2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room), there is a beautiful garden, free parking area, while at this moment there is a contraction of additional 3/2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful environment and proximity to the National Park Sutjeska offers numerous opportunities for various forms of active rest. Sutjeska National Park is the oldest and largest national park in BiH and because of its natural resources and beauty considered as a pearl of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It covers the area of Sutjeska with strict reservation Perućica, as well as parts of Maglic Mtn(2386-the highest peak in BiH), Volujak, Vučevo and Zelengora. Thanks to the extraordinary natural resources and their conservation since 2000 NP Sutjeska was included in the second category of IUCN (UN Department for the Protection of Nature and Natural Resources). Along with accommodation we offer services of mountain guide (in English and local language), and organized visits to the many attractive destinations in the park. Visit us and feel the magic of the pristine nature of the accommodation in the homestead. Access road to the village is in good shape. My husband and I possess several certificates for tourist guides. We also both work at Sutjeska NP in tourism sector. I received certificate from the ECOCAMPING from Germany for the Camping industry consultant for the countries of Western Balkan and I have good knowledge on camp site organization. In the future we would build sanitary facilities outside the house, but at the moment we have it only inside.

Household Radovic is located 1 km far from Sutjeska National park (NPS) which is situated in a woodland mountain area in southeastern Republika Srpska, at the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The Park stretches on an area of …around 17,250 ha of a hilly terrain and it is located approximately at 43°19` of the northern geographic width and 18°37` of the eastern geographic length. The surrounding mountains are: Maglić, the highest peak in BiH (2,386 m), Volujak (2,337 m), Zelengora (2,014 m), Lelija (2,032 m) and Vučevo (400-1,700 m), which are a part of mountain chain of Dinarides or Dinaric Alps. Eastern from NPS there are Pivske Planine /Piva Mountains/ and canyon of the Piva river, as well as the Tara river (the deepest canyon in Europe, and the second one in the world right after the US Grand Canyon) which belongs to National Park Durmitor in neighbouring Montnegro. The main road between Trebinje and Sarajevo crosses the Park with its section of 12 km. According to the 1991 census there were 559 residents in Tjentište. It is located near the northern entrance to the Park and it is the administrative seat of NPS.
