"Very disappointing! - The place is unbeatable in terms of uncleanliness, the staff is simply overwhelmed. We wanted to leave early because of the conditions but there is no money back. So we had to stay. This place cannot be surpassed in terms of unsanitary conditions! We've been traveling to HR since 2002, but we've never experienced anything so disgraceful. Shitty toilets, showers you can't enter, no hand washing or shower bath.... Simply embarrassing!

"Rating - We spent a few wonderful days at this campsite and will definitely be back! The site is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities were always clean and modern, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the quiet location - perfect for relaxing, but still close enough to the shops. There is also plenty on offer for children: The playground is lovingly designed and the entertainment program was varied and enthusiastic. The pitches are spacious and offer plenty of privacy. In short: a great campsite that is run with a lot of heart. An absolute recommendation!

"Recommendation without hesitation - The check-in and check-out were both completed quickly and the staff were very friendly, which is good after a long journey. The whole site is kept very clean, the large number of garbage cans are emptied regularly and the garbage islands are also kept clean. The sanitary facilities are great - plenty of hot water and spacious shower cubicles, the toilets are also cleaned regularly. The nights are pleasantly quiet and the beach and the sea are clean - you can go far out, unfortunately no beach for snorkeling due to the lack of rocks. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but we can also recommend the restaurant on site.

"Glamping with comfort and freedom - perfect for families - We had a wonderful time at Falkensteiner Premium Camping in Zadar. The site is in a great location and very well maintained. We spent the night in a glamping tent - that was a real highlight! The tent is idyllically situated under shady pine trees and gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom without sacrificing comfort. All in all, a really lovely site for families with children who want to combine freedom and nature with a touch of comfort. We would definitely come back!

"Great vacation with minor flaws - We arrived early and were able to go straight onto the pitch. The allocated pitch was too small but we were able to swap. Access to the pitches is a bit "tricky" because there is a raised kerb in front of the access road. Electricity was on and we had to connect water at the pitch below us (this is a bit unfavorable because you always have to walk completely over the other pitch). The pool and spa were very nice and we used them regularly. In the last 2 weeks it got more and more crowded and unfortunately the cleanliness in the toilets and showers suffered. However, this was not due to the cleaning staff but to the guests themselves. It's a shame because the sanitary facilities are really very attractively designed and, with the background music, a real experience. Access to the beach The access to the beach is blocked by a gate, which can be opened with a card/transponder. Unfortunately, only one card is given at the camper, which is very inconvenient if you want to go swimming in the morning and don't know where to put your card. We didn't use the restaurant. Supermarket had a very good range and prices were just ok... but not comparable with prices outside. All in all the staff go out of their way in all areas to make sure all guests have a great vacation. We will be back next year but this time not for 3 weeks. Ps Trips to the old town work very well and above all cheaply via the Uber app. You can eat very well at Rocko and Mijos. Both are within walking distance.

Located roughly 3.5 …km from Zadar city center, FPC Zadar is a perfect choice for those who like camping in a tranquil setting directly by the sea but with the option of having plenty of things to do. Falkensteiner Premium Camping Borik offers its guests fully equipped and spacious 369 accommodation units (270 pitches, 86 mobile homes and 13 glamping units) located in the shade of pine trees.
