"Cozy campsite with beautiful views and care needs 🤭 - The campsite is on the outskirts of the village, is beautifully laid out and we had a great time there. The pitches are spacious and nicely planted. The location is ok, top pizzeria nearby. At the end of May, outside the public holidays, the site was only sparsely occupied. However, noise from the road and the fruit farmer next door is undeniable. The cleaning of the sanitary facilities is far too careless, the still quite new facilities are not maintained well enough, which will come back to haunt us. There are five ladies' toilets and six showers, one of which was officially out of order and one unofficially. The showers work with a motion sensor, which is unfortunately not self-explanatory. Information generally somewhat sparse. We weren't informed that you can't leave the site by car from 12 noon to 2 pm due to the lunch break and that the gate doesn't open from the inside. I find this negligent, especially in emergencies. A sign at the entrance next to the gate and a notice at check-in would help. Some things like the "reception" could be spruced up a bit. We had a good time, but it was a bit too noisy for us. And that doesn't mean the wonderful twittering of the numerous birds, but the main road and the apple farmer with his tractor next door. It's a shame really, the area is beautiful... By car/motorhome you can make excursions to the Schnalstal Valley (a hike around the Vernagt reservoir is highly recommended), the Martelltal Valley or the Tarscher Alm - a drive to St. Martin im Kofel by car on very narrow roads with countless hairpin bends is only for those with good nerves! Also possible by cable car. A worthwhile excursion, be sure to try the delicious cheeses at the Oberkaser cheese dairy.

"Active or short vacation - We easily reserved a place for 2-3 days by telephone. Yes, the booked days must be paid for even if you leave earlier! So if in doubt, simply extend your stay. The small site on the quiet outskirts of the village is slightly elevated and offers a beautiful panorama for everyone. Pitches gravelled, could look better maintained. The site is relatively young and the few trees offer no shade, which is certainly hot in summer. Bread roll service, clean sanitary facilities, small store, nice reception. As there are no other additional offers, the night at 45 plus electricity plus tourist tax is clearly too expensive for low season. However, the small public skate park and the football pitch are certainly a plus for older children. With the Venosta Valley Card you are mobile (please note that there are currently construction works and rail replacement services) for hikes and cyclists will certainly get their money's worth. (Couple 60+)

"Beautiful campsite in the middle of the apple orchards :-) - Very friendly welcome, large terraced pitches and very nice location, modern and clean sanitary facilities. The nearby road is audible but not disturbing. We only made a stopover but could also imagine a longer stay.

"Everything super - Very nice campsite Operator very nice and accommodating. The girls at reception are really super nice and always ready for a chat. We got a place at short notice in September 2022 although we only called 2 days before. It was certainly a bit of luck, as South Tyrol was full, but I had the impression that they made an effort to find a place for us and didn't just "turn us away" like they did with all the other places. The location is great as a starting point for all the activities you want to do. So we will certainly be back in 2023 but this time we will book in good time. Thanks again you are a great team.

"Vacations are definitely worthwhile here - We had a breakdown on the outward journey to the campsite with the caravan on the Arlberg (clutch damage) The car and the caravan were towed away. The caravan was later transferred to the campsite. The owner was very accommodating and after a week organized a cab ride back to Bludenz to the repair shop. (130 km) I also had good conversations with Willi and his employees. The whole team is friendly and well organized. The bread roll service is also excellent. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. Chemietoliette has a very efficient flushing system. Dishwashing room and laundry room all in perfect order.
