Daria Andreea M.september 2025PositivaThis campsite is ideal for a relaxing stay at the lakeside. The camping is not very big, so it feels very private. The lots in front of the lake are well separated by trees and bushes and each has its private electricity with both normal and camper plugs. The lots are very clean and there is a garbage disposal area. The toilets are very clean, new, and decorated with lovely positive notes.There are two toilets and two shower for each gender. If you shower during the day there will be relaxing music in the showers. The reception is open from 7 until late at night, and with you arrive you'll be greeted with raja, as well as free coffee in the morning. And if you stay two or more nights you'll receive a free bottle of wine. Some of the lots have picnic tables and benches and lakefront views. There are two entrances to the lake, one with stairs and one small beach. There is also a washing area for 5 euros with two washing machines, and a very large clothing rack to dry your clothes. Right nextdoor to the camping there is a small restaurant where you can eat fish freshly fished from the lake, with gigant portions (picture), as well as meat and pasta. The hospitality of the hosts is great, very friendly and kind. I really recommend this camping site to all people, young, old or with kids because it's truly great.NegativaOn the negative note, if you stay in a tent like us you might not enjoy the loud music at night during the weekend, or the mosque prayers on speaker at 5 amDream camping which feels like homeThe camping was truly great, we found it by accident and stayed one night, but we enjoyed it so much we stayed two more.

The pitches by the lake are super idyllic and Rino and his family inspire with their very special hospitality. We felt right at home here. Sanitary facilities very clean 🧽
The restaurant had great typical Macedonian dishes (the pizza is amazing) and there... is free coffee every morning. The campsite is of a higher quality than the others on Lake Ohrid and therefore clearly stands out. Prices are still more than ok! Great value for money!
There are great hiking trails in the area - the Gailizien National Park was our highlight :)

Hand sanitizer was placed everywhere, which is good in these times. The camp has a restaurant where food that is served is traditional and absolutely fantastic, as well as... a good selection of drinks. Really recommend the food. The staff is accommodating and also sets up things you do not expect, so always ask the staff if you have special wishes or needs of any kind. The place is ideal for cycling to Ohrid (parts of the route have to be covered on the road). Nice traditional restaurant on site, where we ate well and plentifully, everything was fresh and... beautifully prepared. There are pitches on gravel and also some on grassy ground, all directly on the lake, beautiful location! The road passes behind the campsite but is not very busy and didn't bother us.
