"Kleiner Camping - Kleiner Camping, nichts besonderes. Pool ist mal ein Tag eine Abwechslung, aber keine Rutschen oder Ähnliches vorhanden. Also den kann man getrost vergessen. Ansonsten sauber und zentral gelegen. Liegt direkt am Strand. Von den Bungalows muss man allerdings schon mal gut 20 min zum Strand laufen. Die Stellplätze sind da ein wenig näher.

"Long, flat, family-friendly pitch - The proximity to the supermarket/bakery at the entrance was good. The walk to the beach was ok because of the beach paths. Tennis court 15€/h well well. Lots of children, plenty of children's entertainment. Great unique giant trampoline. Less suitable for Womos in Comfort. We were left alone to find something. We were lucky because it was full. Right next to the main building. The paths from the back about 500m, here 250m. Too many Dutch people, very local. Tel inconsiderate. Fried steaks with spirit, actually forbidden. Loud neighbors after 23:30. Loud music never disturbed. If the landing door is closed, you can still walk around outside. Great sanitary facilities. Lots of children there because of the €5 children's price. For us Til. No entertainment. Hld/sp/engl. so so. We went to Mont Roig.

"Dissatisfied - It's a real shame we don't have all the sanitary facilities we need to cross the campsite to get to the sanitary facilities, even though there's one right next to the pitches.

"The usual Costa Brava plague! NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, especially bass speakers - Early July: What's the point of having the most beautiful surroundings and the best beach if you're drowned out by the entertainment? The announcements of activities over the campsite loudspeakers are still okay, but from 12:00 noon onwards, the pool animation (either water gymnastics or pool disco...), almost daily evening animation: either mini disco (even the youngest ones are blown away...), or disco or karaoke or live music. The basses in particular can be heard in every corner of the campsite... In the last few years, a salesman for "event hardware" has probably upgraded all the campsites and beach bars and made a good profit, and Playa Brava was probably unable to escape this "trend"... Well, even if the wind blows the music away from time to time, the basses make everything vibrate permanently. In the evening, the music was so loud all over the CP, it was as if the tent neighbors were having a private party. Probably to encourage people to join in. No peace and quiet in the caravan either. We were also here in 2016 and things were much more "civilized" and quiet. Back then, it was still a campsite and not a party place. And no, not everyone wants it that way. And that's not the trend.... Many of the campers you talk to feel harassed, but have often given up ("It's just the way it is these days"). OK, you can argue about taste in music, but the music is often the kind that makes you want to shout and clap along: party, sun, Ballermann... In addition, you have to wear a wristband that identifies you as authorized to enter. You can't take the wristband off. It's not as if you have to defend yourself against moochers from outside at the all-inclusive buffet. Everything still costs money here. In this respect, this obligation to wear wristbands is incomprehensible... Here, too, you just feel like a paying bird that needs to be plucked as much as possible... I think this trend needs to be reversed... Our next vacation will probably be far inland, probably in the Pyrenees, somewhere with a pool, peace and quiet and a beautiful view. And our children don't like it either, they think it sucks... (at least we're on vacation with dad, so we'll stay here for a few more days, but definitely not until the end of our original plan...)

"Great campsite for families - We stayed at this campsite for the 2nd time this Whitsun vacation. We actually wanted to go a little further south, but we didn't find anything comparable there. The site has everything you need, nice clean sanitary facilities, direct access to the beach, a cheap and well-stocked supermarket, a large and a children's/baby pool and nice staff.

Profil

Between the French border and the vibrant city of Barcelona, you’ll find Playa Brava Campsite right on the Costa Brava beach. Here you camp in a green environment next to the Montgrí-Baix Nature Reserve – a cosy place with great …facilities. There’s plenty to experience both on-site and in the surrounding hills. If you want to soak up some Spanish culture, you can visit Girona, the medieval village of Pals, or the beautiful town of Begur. The campsite is located peacefully on the edge of a small coastal village. Between a small inland lake and the path to the sea, you’ll find the impressive reception building. In July and August, things get lively: the animation team organises an original programme for all ages – from bouncy castles and evening shows to karaoke, spinning, aquagym, and a weekly craft club. Lively or quiet – it’s up to you All pitches are well maintained and separated by low hedges. Some pitches at the edge of the campsite are shaded by deciduous trees – from here it’s about 800 metres to walk to the beach. Other pitches are sunnier and more open. Closer to the water, you’ll find the Comfort Plus pitches. With this range, there’s something for everyone: prefer a lively spot or a quiet corner? No matter where you stay, you’re never far from clean showers or toilets. Five sanitary buildings are spread across the campsite.
