Cute campsite, off the beaten path, nice private pitches
This was our first campsite on a 23-day European camping trip. It was a lovely way to start. The pitch was entirely private with hedges all around. It had power and overlooked a fishing lake. Pool was nice, if a little chilly (but good as it was so bloomin' hot!). Had a number of other facilities like... beach volleyball and trampolines. English was limited but we got on okay. This is where I learned that Filet Mignon does not mean 'lean cut of prime steak' as I was expecting.

A great discovery!
A very good campsite with a Western theme, take on the role of a cowboy at the Domaine Pionnier in a wagon, or relax at the bohemian corner in a roulette, guaranteed greenery and calm with the musicality of the birds to enchant you. If you're a fishing enthusiast or addict, you also have the cabins which... open directly onto a private pond, or at least 5 small ponds where you can fish for carp, or at the white there are also the tippis to take on the role of Indians;) If not, pitch your tent or stop your caravan too - in short, a wonderful discovery 10 minutes from Laon, or 20 minutes from Coucy le Chateau. The kids loved it!! we had a big problem with the wagon following a heavy storm, so the owners rehoused us in the upper rental of the fisherman's hut (individual rooms, possibility of fishing in private ponds), in the calm of the greenery! following this, we extended our stay in a gypsy caravan, very welcoming and very peaceful, a good experience, lots of hiking in the vicinity, and great discoveries!
