Highly recommended all round
We spent 10 nights on this site at the beginning of August. We found:
shady, sufficiently large space for a VW bus with a meadow, clean sanitary facilities in new condition, a clear river with dragonflies and little fish. Even in hot August, it was great for a refreshing dip. We didn't visit the pool,... which also looked well maintained, as we wanted to swim in the river. The entire complex is run by a friendly family. You can eat well and drink fine wine in the small restaurant on site. The baguette and croissant in the morning are simply delicious. BUT, you should know that. During this time, 90% of the guests were Dutch and a few Brits and Belgians. It was only on the 8th day that a German family came for 2 nights. Just to mention this. We had our bikes with us and were able to get around easily. There is a small proxy market in the neighboring village of Daglan. You can get everything you need there. A fruit and vegetable vendor also comes to the campsite twice a week. There are many other places along the river where you can go swimming. All in all, everything fits very well there. We felt really relaxed and comfortable.

It's a great campsite where children can move around without the danger of cars, where holidaymakers are very friendly and the owners very nice, especially the owner. The swimming pool is delicious and the activities are brilliant. in short, this is a campsite where dogs are very welcome, everyone can... relax because it's very quiet and when the hot-air balloons land 50 meters from the campsite at the aperitif, the children's eyes sparkle with wonder. in short, the river "le scéou" is refreshing. in short, it's an idyllic setting for a pleasant family vacation. the Dutch/French cohabitation went well... Looking forward to next year Sébastien Séverine Hugo Christopher (who loves chamallow) and princess our dog who loves Scoobidoo.
