The residence located in one portion of the 12hectares’ grounds, composed by air conditioned mobile-homes for 4 to 6 people, entirely equipped with an eating/kitchen area convertible in a sleeping area for 2children, 4 electric fires, a micro-wave oven, a kettle and coffee-maker, 1 bedroom with 1double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with separated toilets, a terrace with its garden furniture. Air conditioning.
** Guyenne: 4/6 people, about 24m2. The terrace is sheltered.
**Gascogne: 5/6 people, about 31m2 + 1 bedroom and 1 single bed. Unsheltered terrace, sun umbrellas.

The Golf of Agen-Boé, established on the superb grounds of the Château d’Allot, offers a course with well-orchestred difficulties. Possible lessons with a qualified teacher.

Numerous activities are offered or organized nearby the Park for Adults and teenagers : Horse-riding and archery (1km), karting (3km), forest route (7km), paint-ball (3km), recreationnal aquatic center (20km), Space City in Toulouse.
In the area: walk on the 'green road' (of the Canal du Midi), boat or barge trips on the Lot or Baïse river, Cruise of Prince Henri, hikings, cycle touring, golf, fishing, gastronomy, museums, castles, caves ... and more, ask at the reception.
