"Pure tranquillity - Very nice operator couple, caravan is pulled by the operator to the place and brought straight with the spirit level, i.e. only supports down and the rest begins. pretty place in 5 minutes by bike, there is no shopping at the place, which is not bad. Highly recommended.

De Flierweide is a charming farm campsite located just 300 meters from the cozy village of Bathmen, at the edge of the beautiful Traasterbos. Nestled in the green heart of Salland, it lies between the historic town of Deventer and …the Holterberg nature reserve. The campsite offers the perfect base for nature lovers, with direct access to the forest for scenic walks and wide views of the surrounding meadow landscape. The landscape surrounding the campsite is varied, with picturesque hedgerows, pastures, estates, and traditional farms, reflecting the charm of the countryside. For those seeking peace and tranquility, as well as active holidaymakers, there are numerous cycling and walking opportunities. The quiet, open space and nature provide ultimate relaxation. The campsite is well-equipped, with excellent sanitary facilities, a baby washing room, indoor and outdoor dishwashing areas, and a laundry service. All pitches are spacious and comfortable, with electricity, water taps, and sewage connections. Children can enjoy the play meadow and petting zoo, while cyclists can pick up various routes at the reception. There are plenty of recreational activities nearby, such as the heated outdoor pool De Looërmark and the subtropical pool De Scheg, both around 5 km away. For fishing enthusiasts, the Schipbeek and the Oude Schipbeek are located 1 and 2.5 km away, respectively. You can also enjoy walks in the surrounding forests and estates, or take a city tour in the historic town of Deventer, known for its medieval streets and monumental buildings. For an educational outing, the Dondertman petting zoo is nearby, as is the De Leeuw windmill, where you can observe the milling process and purchase flour. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the facilities at Park Bathmen, which offers tennis courts and fitness equipment.
