A relaxing weekend
We are a couple with a 4-year-old son and went camping one weekend in July. We slept in tents. The tent site is in a sheltered and rather shady area. We parked the car a few meters from the tent. The owners of the campground provide, for those staying with tents, a large table for eating in case you... don't have your own, electricity to charge cell phones or plug in other small appliances, and a sink/washstand. The pitches are wide and grassy. Bathrooms are within a two-minute walk. There are hot showers for a fee (80 cents), washing facilities for clothes (including two washing machines with drying racks. Dishwashing facilities, regular toilets with turk and bidet. The nice thing for those with children is that there is a play area with foosball tables, slides, and a large pool of the outdoor kind, with water about 90 cm high, available for everyone. There is a small bar that makes coffee and breakfast (if you want brioche, reserve it the day before) and sells ice cream. At night it is very quiet and the sound of the river flowing soothes your sleep :) We had a good time there and will definitely return.
