"River adventure playground - Camp Slapic is a super organized campsite where you can feel the effort to give your guests a perfect vacation. The site is huge, but the pitches are concentrated around the restaurant and the sanitary buildings, many are right next to the river and we also discovered some tents on unparceled pitches. The site is well frequented, but there were no problems getting a place in the restaurant; the sanitary buildings are large enough. The site is constantly being cleaned and leaves are removed - the site looks very well-kept and clean. In the restaurant you get huge portions for reasonable money, it tasted great. The staff are "on their toes". In the morning you can buy bread rolls and pastries in the restaurant, there is a grocery store on the opposite bank of the river in the village. There is a clean pool with free sun loungers, but the highlight is of course the river Mreznika with small islands, rapids, waterfalls, fish and mussels, water lilies, travetine pools and shallow areas with (be careful!) quite sharp-edged stones. There is a sunbathing area with footbridges, steps, a mill wheel, Tarzan ropes for jumping into the river - a real adventure playground. You can go fishing, canoeing and SUPing - the river is simply fun to explore. The prices are 50% of the coastal prices for a pitch. A really recommendable site for which you should plan more than one night's stopover.

"Great camping! - We spent over 2 weeks at this campground with our trailer tent. Even though we had booked quite late, we were still able to pitch on a nice spot by the water. The pitches are quite large and there are no real boundaries marked. At the reception, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The sanitarium is always clean and the showers are nice and hot. We ate several times in the camping restaurant. Here you cannot make reservations, but there was always room. The river is beautiful! Super clear water, many islands and waterfalls. In short, great swimming, supping, jumping in the river at several points. It is handy to have water shoes. Picnic stuff on the sup and we were so a whole day away. In the vicinity is not much to do. You can rent canoes and sups everywhere. The nearest big city is Karlovac. Here is everything you need to find, the center was completely in ruins and there is little else beautiful to see. However, there are several castles on the outskirts. In one castle there is a restaurant where we had a delicious meal. Furthermore, there are beautiful waterfalls where we have been. Zagreb is nice to visit. The Plitvice lakes are beautiful!!! A day at sea is also good to do. Many camping guests are passing through or do not stay very long. We had a great time here! (In Croatia there are no large cans of campingaz, you can't fill or exchange them anywhere. In supermarkets and hardware stores are only disposable gas cans to get.

Campsite „Slapić“ is family owned campsite with 48 pitches situated on one of the most beautifull croatian rivers – river Mrežnica ,and it is an ideal opportunity for a vacation and recreation. About Camp Modern sanitaries, atractive restaurant, children's playground …and various sport courts are also available on the campsite. Join us because vacation in our campsite is a rest for body and soul!
