Because I knew that reception would be closed when I arrived, I made a reservation by phone on arrival. That went smoothly. After arriving at the allocated pitch, we realized that it was not convenient for us. After the reception opened, I went there and was able to choose... another pitch without any problems. Everything was always nice, polite and friendly. Just as I have been used to from the "Bumann team" for many years.

What I find a major shortcoming is that there are far too few disposal options (garbage cans) on the campsite. If you're traveling with dogs, it's not very nice to drag their droppings back to the caravan or camper and then dispose of them at some... point when you move towards the garbage cans. You just collect them at the car. It would also be very helpful to have sufficient signage for the pitch numbers at central points.
