We liked the location, the peace and quiet, and how hassle-free it was

There were no drawbacks

Peace and quiet, cleanliness, and paved paths. Children playing and laughing do not disturb our peace and quiet.

A diner or restaurant serving simple food wouldn't be a bad idea.

The entertainment was great, the front desk was fantastic, and the service was superb. The playground and the pool area were inviting.

The trash and electricity situation on the tent field, and the fact that I can't rent a site for an extra fee, even though I'm ONLY camping in a tent Please provide more camping outlets instead of Schuko outlets

A stay in a tent lodge at the Am Emsdeich amusement park combines classic camping with the comfort of permanent accommodations (“glamping”). The key advantages of this option for a multigenerational family vacation: Ideal for grandparents and grandchildren (glamping comfort): Tent lodges offer the feeling of freedom close to nature that comes with camping under canvas, but they don’t sacrifice solid beds, real mattresses, comfort, and often a small kitchenette. This is easier on the back and makes daily life with children much simpler.  Child-friendly facilities right outside the door: The park offers safe, manageable areas, playgrounds, and direct access to the swimming lake. Grandchildren can move about freely and independently, while adults can easily keep an eye on them.  A weather-proof retreat: When the weather in northern Germany is lousy, the covered terrace and the solid living area of a lodge offer significantly more protection, floor space, and coziness than a standard family tent.  Perfect location for excursions: Thanks to its location in Westoverledingen, the area is ideal for leisurely bike rides along the Ems dike as well as day trips to nearby Leer or Papenburg (e.g., the Meyer shipyard).

There isn't a bar or beer garden where you can have an evening "nightcap" without leaving the grounds. Also, the Wi-Fi coverage should be more extensive.

Very quiet and a great sense of security. No dogs. Very friendly staff.

On Saturday night, ??? thought that turning up the volume on their stereo would also contribute to the well-being of the other guests

Once again, we really enjoyed everything.

It could be a downside. It's hard to say for sure, but you need a card to use the restrooms—we always forgot that at first.

Solid, level ground. The restroom facilities and the entire grounds are clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Fishing allowed. SUP allowed. Electric vehicle charging station available.

No Wi-Fi! The front desk doesn't even know how to calculate the charges and refunds. It doesn't make any sense. Coin-operated shower.

A very nice campground. Even when it's really hot, the lake is great. Very friendly staff.

The parking area is easy to access. The spaces are easy to maneuver into. Electricity, fresh water, and toilet facilities are available.

When you have to go shopping with your mobile, the spot isn't reserved even though you've registered. You always have to leave something behind.

We had a beautiful view of the lake. Quiet surroundings. Bistro was good. Friendly staff.

There could be more toilets on site, especially when the site is fully booked.

too few flushing facilities for the entire pitch with fully booked pitches, the sanitary facilities should be cleaned more often should be cleaned more often, especially because you are apparently shoes are allowed

The staff (reception) was very friendly and helpful. You felt like you were in good hands.

Condition ,Pitch (122) poor surface, Raised slab: tripping hazard. Sanitary building in need of renovation. W-Lan only good, at the reception. Electricity connection, at ground level and sharp edges. Cleaning times (cleaning crew) very different. Washing machines could only be operated with a cell phone. There is also also a hand wash basin for the "small" laundry.
