The arrival was easy; thanks to the online booking we were able to drive straight to the barrier and drive to the allocated pitch.
The directions by email with tips were also very good.
The very well-kept pitch and the good, clean sanitary facilities... rounded off the overall impression.
This was our 2nd time here and we will certainly be back.
The supermarket is also well stocked at good prices.

Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, pitches are quite large, we were there with a large tent. Supermarket well equipped, sanitary facilities always clean. Olaf P.maj 2025PozitivnoWe spent a few days in one of the big North Sea waves. The toilet facilities were very clean, the place seems very well maintained. The location is not bad for excursions or spending time on the beach.NegativnoThe equipment and the accommodation is a bit outdated. WC seat, pots and pans and also the mattresses could be replaced...... There are also no fly screens on the windows.CampingOverall, the sanitary facilities and the place are in good condition.
The sanitary facilities were cleaned daily according to time (11-13 o'clock) and in between.
Except for the reception (a bit musty the staff) the place staff was very friendly, cleaners, logisticians, etc.
Excursions in the area (city... north, or on the beach) are easy to manage by bike (have a walking-impaired wife).
And children's noise belongs to every campsite like the sun to summer.
We didn't see any unkempt or garbage pitches among the permanent campers.
There is a good mix of tents, camper vans, caravans and other tourists.
There's always something to complain about if you want to, but the staff here are well prepared.

The rooms are spacious and in May it was not overcrowded. The supermarket has a good range at fair prices and you can buy almost everything. The fish trolley from Tuesday to Thursday is also good. The water and waste water connection directly at the pitch is very practical, which is very good for us as I cook myself. It is also very good that the entry and exit barrier has license plate recognition. So you don't need a chip and can drive in and out without any problems.NegativnoEverything was actually fine. What I missed was a fenced-in dog meadow where dogs could run free. It's quite a long way to the dog beach and I think it's far too big, so it's easy to lose track of how many dogs are running free. Very clean, spacious pitches, well-maintained and very clean sanitary facilities. A very nice and friendly welcome at the reception. We were pleasantly surprised by the fish cart on the campsite... - open three days a week , a very nice and always cheerful owner , offer very good and tasty . In the Campi - Shop there is always a good-humored Nordic cheerful nature at the place - laughter included! In the far north of the campsite an Italian restaurant - one of the best we have ever visited - all service staff very friendly and attentive, always concerned about the well-being of the guest and the food - mega delicious, highly recommended! We really liked the division of space with dogs allowed and dogs free zone, by the way also on the beach promenade in Norddeich this division - very pleasant! And Norddeich itself is also very nice, especially the newly designed and beautiful beach promenade. We are already looking forward to our next visit! First of all, thank you for your review. As you have unfortunately forgotten a few details, we would like to add them.
It is not possible to book a seat directly with us. Only the category is booked and it is generally possible to make requests - which did not happen in your case. We are... responsible for the final allocation of pitches in order to make the best possible use of space, especially in the motorhome area.
When you arrived, it turned out that you would like to stay near your friend, a permanent camper. We made this possible by swapping with other bookings. As you could see every day during your stay, the pitch you actually preferred was occupied throughout.
On site, you thanked us for the quick rebooking and the good service, so we can't understand this point either.
Perhaps you could reconsider this rating. As a "creature of habit", it would be a shame to have to change it.
