Everything was to our complete satisfaction, from check-in to departure. The site is clean, just like the sanitary facilities. We cycled around the lake once and noticed that there are lots of small bathing bays, lots of children's... playgrounds and everything is clean. Dogs are also catered for, with bathing facilities and a dog play area. It's also easy to get to Senftenberg and have a look around. You can hire boats at the harbor, including houseboats. Due to the direct location on the lake you are immediately on the bike path and within 20 minutes you can stroll comfortably to the harbor in Senftenberg.

There are good connections for bicycle tours. The supermarket was partly burnt down, but you can get bread rolls again and they are busy rebuilding the rest of the site. The campsite is superbly laid out and the sanitary facilities are clean, modern and plentiful, so that there are no traffic jams when cleaning the respective sanitary areas. You receive a friendly welcome and everything is well explained and communicated....
If possible (if it is organizationally possible), make sure that caravans with 8-12 tons are not parked next to a small caravan and that any sunlight is greatly reduced for other campers due to the enormous height and length of these vehicles.

Very well-kept and with attentive staff. The sanitary blocks are exceptionally clean and equipped with everything a camper's heart desires. Refrigerator,... freezer for ice packs, oven, washing machine and dryer. Disabled WC and children's bathroom included. The showers are very spacious, work without a time limit and also have a washbasin and hairdryer.
You are warmly welcomed at reception and given all the information you need. You can see almost everywhere that there is a lot of passion here. A well thought-out family business.
Water/waste water/electricity/antenna access are available at the pitches. TV cable or an alarm lock for your bike can be borrowed from reception. There is even a sauna. 10 € /2 hours per person.
The campsite is an ideal starting point for great bike tours around the flooded lakes.

We were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and the procedure regarding the pitch and the use of sanitary facilities was explained clearly.
The sanitary facilities were in very clean and modern condition.
Our pitch had its own... water, electricity and gray water connection, the entire campsite looked natural and had lots of trees and green areas, the location is right on the lake and you can go swimming at any time. You can get to the town of Senftenberg quickly by bike and you can also cycle around the entire region on well-developed cycle paths.
We will definitely be back.
