We had a wonderful stay; the staff was very welcoming, and the campground was very well-maintained and shaded. The path between the lodging and the pool is a great way to make the most of your vacation!

Swimming pool: Please post signs indicating the water depth, because you can quickly lose your footing, and that's dangerous for people who can't swim!

The room could be improved because it's very small and you can't move around easily. It's hard to get out of bed on either side because there isn't enough space, and you can't reach the closet very well.

There are a lot of ants that are hard to get rid of; make the lounge chairs more comfortable (by adding cushions or softer plastic); same goes for the chairs.

More slides, more activities, more people—it’s too quiet for a 4-star hotel. The evening activities should start later—11 p.m. is just too early.

Everything went very well. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very useful (for example, I couldn't upload photos to the internet because the connection speed wasn't fast enough); sharing data from my phone worked better.

There’s plenty to see in the area; very, very beautiful beaches; The campground is in a great location and really, really clean; The entire staff is on point—welcoming, friendly, and always making sure we have everything we need and that everything is going smoothly. A big thank you to the front desk staff, the entertainment team, and the bar/restaurant staff.

It might be worth improving the pool lining; my children and my wife had skin irritation on their hands and feet. Also, take a look at the slide and its seals, which have become very rough after a certain number of uses.
