"Beautifully situated, delicious food in the new restaurant - The access road around the campsite is very narrow. When I turned into the road on arrival, the right-hand side was completely blocked with cars. The municipality should urgently introduce a complete stopping ban on both sides of the road so that day visitors no longer obstruct the entrance. The kiosk and mini store are integrated into the new restaurant. Modern and clearly laid out. The kiosk counter offers freshly baked goods for breakfast in the morning and take-away dishes in the evening. However, the rolls are really dry. Too bad. I ate there once and opted for the L.A. Midnight burger. Absolutely great and recommended. Unfortunately, I have to say that the site itself is very unkempt. Only the grass on the sunbathing lawn is cut. The greenery between the pitches is not cut at all. There was a thunderstorm with a lot of wind during the 5 days. This caused a lot of pine cones to fall. These were not removed from the paths/plots. Only on the path in front of the sanitary block and the restaurant. This is not understandable. The sanitary facilities are divided into 2 blocks. The lower facility directly behind the restaurant and the upper facility in the forest. The lower facility was renovated and refurbished not long ago. The first impression is positive, but it doesn't hold up on closer inspection. As I learned from the neighbors, the facility is based on the old floor plan from the 1960s. As a result, there is no room to move around in the toilets. There is also no door separating the entrance to the washroom from the anteroom where the sinks are. The upper facility, which was newly built, also lacks a door at the entrance to the toilets/washroom. The pricing of the pitch is not clearly listed on the website. Well, I paid €41 per day for pitch, person and electricity. Sorry, that is a price that the pitch is not worth. Definitely a reason not to visit the site again.

"Was ok - Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all during our stay, the staff threw us out of the playroom during the rain even though it was designated to be able to stay there despite the day off, the replacement groundskeeper didn't take his job very seriously either, full garbage bags (torn open) were ignored. The main groundsman was super, friendly and attentive. Playground at the lake was ok, nothing wild but the one at the back is a joke.

"Super campsite in a fantastic location - Absolutely friendly campsite operators, keep up the good work. The restaurant is really great, we tried several dishes and everything was of excellent quality. We will definitely be back.

"Most beautiful place on Lake Faak - We simply want to come back every year. It feels like home . Very helpful staff . Sanitary facilities clean . The restaurant offers everything you need, there are places in the sun or in the shade. The water the beach everything a dream .

"Highly recommended - We spent 2 days on the site at the beginning of our Balkan tour. We received a very friendly and courteous welcome and someone showed us the free pitches straight away. The sanitary facilities were always clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on site where you can eat well or just have a drink or an ice cream. The price was also ok for Carinthian Lake District. We can definitely recommend the campsite. It's ideal for cycling or walking around the lake or taking a boat out on the lake.

"Relaxed vacation on Lake Faak - Great campsite, clean sanitary facilities, Faaker See well visited, pedal boating or sup possible on site, excursions are easily accessible from the campsite. We liked the rear sanitary area best, it wasn't so dark and cramped. We can recommend the restaurant on site.

A warm welcome! There is a beautiful naturally campsite with shadow under needle trees and sunny places as like as you want. The 140 pitches are boarded up and sanded. What makes our campground so special is the wonderfully spacious …sunbathing area (4,000 m2) directly at the lake, combined with a beautiful pebble beach and plenty of space for everyone. We offer a pier and a jetty where our flag flies with pride, so you may already know our site from the water. And when the sun sets in the evening, the view from our restaurant terrace or one of the lakeside benches is simply breath-taking! The perfect way to relax and leave the daily grind far, far behind! The famous water from the lake Faaker See with its turquoise-blue staining invites you to swim from June until September. In the area there are numerous recreational opportunities. For all your sight seeing tours and sport activities we are looking forward to advise you! We are looking forward to welcoming you!
