We had booked our first stay here for two days. Many of the amenities listed on the website were unavailable. The orientation session was canceled once for unexplained reasons and once due to the weather. The outdoor pool was inexplicably closed for three days. Although many spots became available upon our arrival, we were given the worst spot—right in the middle of the main entrance intersection with four branches—on a silver platter. And all of this right next to the dishwashing area! The clatter of dishes and, according to reports, loud conversations could be heard from early risers in the morning all the way until the last diners around 11:30 p.m. were doing their dishes.

If I could see on the computer how old someone is, that they don't have children, and that it's their first time here—and if I really wanted them to come back—I'd assign the room differently! We wouldn't book here again!
