Absolutely the best!
Top-rated campground with a great entertainment program (crafts, dancing, dam-building, a miniature train, mini-disco, magician, outdoor movie theater, etc.), friendly staff, and beautiful natural surroundings on and around the campground. Three spacious dog-run areas, a dog shower, a dog swimming pond,... and additional swimming options for dogs in the surrounding area, plus plenty of walking trails starting right from the campground.
Beautiful, spacious sites—some of which are nicely shaded—a lovely swimming lake, and a shop with everything you need.
A wide variety of restroom facilities (children’s bathrooms, family bathrooms, unisex showers, separate men’s and women’s showers, sink stalls, etc.)—some have a few minor quirks, but cleanliness is top-notch!
There are also great, dog-friendly places to visit in the area, as well as a riding school within walking distance. We only visited some of the many attractions because we enjoyed our time at the campground so much.
We’ve never had a vacation as relaxing as the one at this campground with our 3 children and 2 dogs. It was wonderful!

A superb, top-notch campground—highly recommended! Welcoming. Spacious sites.
This campground is the best you can find in Europe. We’ve definitely been there at least 15 times, and it’s always a treat to stay there. Very spacious campsites. Truly surrounded by nature. Stunning views of the mountains. Very clean and attractive restrooms with showers for children and families. Free... hot water—no hassle with tokens or keys. The restaurant has a good menu. The pizzas you can order there taste better than in Italy itself. For the kids, there’s puppet shows, entertainment, and more. Our kids always wanted to go back to this campground. We don’t have a dog anymore ourselves, but it’s a dog-friendly campground with a dog run area, etc. As a non-dog owner, it’s not a bother. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There’s even a service robot that brings you your food. It feels like coming home when you arrive. In short, the value for money is excellent.

We were 3 people and 4 dogs with caravan on site. The facilities for the dogs are hard to beat! Lots of bathing opportunities for the dogs, lots of walking opportunities, dog shower available. We are absolutely thrilled!

The whole site is beautifully laid out, the swimming pond is great for refreshing and the view from the pond to the mountains is wonderful. The sanitary facilities at the back are very nice. The restaurant is highly recommended.

I didn't like the swimming pond for dogs this year, the water was already very warm and didn't look inviting. We had a comfort pitch with a water connection, but unfortunately we couldn't use it because we didn't have a fresh water hose. So there is no "normal" water tap on the pitch. In retrospect, this was annoying for us, as we had paid extra for a service that we couldn't use.
Perfect for dogs
This is the second time we've been to this campsite and overall it's a great place for us. You are in good hands here with dogs. Unfortunately, this year it was very hot, so the swimming pond wasn't as refreshing. A bit of "green stuff" floated in the water, sometimes more, sometimes less. The path to... the "outdoor dog pool" near the campsite is not pleasant in extreme heat. If you walk through the woods there are lots of mosquitoes buzzing around, if you walk along the road there is little shade. The outdoor dog pool itself is great in contrast to the dog swimming pond. The sanitary facilities in the front area are older but clean, the facilities in the back area are more modern, but I would have liked them to be better cleaned. But overall it was well-kept and clean. We got food from the restaurant a few times and it was always delicious. Everyone was quite friendly, but unfortunately not in a chatty mood. The campsite is a bit remote, the nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car. There are plenty of trees on the site, so you can always find a shady spot. We will definitely be back again.

with our 4 dogs we felt very comfortable here. the fenced free runs on the grounds are very large. even physiotherapy for dogs is offered. we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the off-season and the good food in the restaurant.

Relaxed, wonderful vacation
Very friendly welcome, also suitable for old dogs, totally relaxed atmosphere. Petting zoo, various free-range areas for pets, extra dog pond, water in the showers runs continuously. A train runs through the grounds every day for children and is very popular.

Complaining on a high level: No water/waste water at every pitch. But: If you want to find real disadvantages, you really have to actively look for them.
5 stars are still too few
We (couple, 2 dogs, caravan) are thrilled! Plenty of spacious pitches on grass, clean modern sanitary facilities.
Huge natural swimming pond suitable for children with shallow gravel shore, adventure playground, petting zoo, hands-on science learning center (currently under construction) ... our children... would not have been able to get away from here at the time!

A small store on site offers the essentials and fresh bread rolls every day. The restaurant only has a day off on Tuesdays and otherwise spoils you with a rich menu that even attracts guests from the neighborhood.

The well-developed Drau cycle path is right next door. Beautiful hiking trails and climbing routes are just a short drive away, as is Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee.

Even the dogs loved it. Various well-developed walking routes lead through the adjacent forest and 3 large fenced-in areas offer everything imaginable: A place to run around, a large area for agility exercises and a huge area for nose and water work! Simply super!!! Weekly dog (owner) training courses are included free of charge.

There are also plenty of other activities on site, but the guided walking groups in particular are highly recommended to every guest.

Wonderful week
We came across this campsite on the internet while searching for a dog-friendly campsite and were more than pleasantly surprised. Very nice location, clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant on site, very nice and friendly operators and a very spacious site with beautiful pitches. We had an XXL pitch... with water and drainage. The many hiking trails right from the campsite are just great, and of course the dog exercise areas right on the site; really great and not seen anywhere else in this size before.
We will definitely be back !!!

A wonderful oasis for people and dogs
The campsite is very clean and is surrounded by beautiful nature. An oasis of peace and relaxation. There are three off-leash dog areas (one even has a swimming pond) and areas that are dog-free zones - which makes it easier for both sides. A great concept! There is a beautiful lake for swimming, a small... supermarket with fresh bread rolls every day and lots of walking routes directly from the site. There was also entertainment for the younger guests. The sanitary facilities were very clean and modern. The host was uncomplicated and friendly. We liked it very much!

The swimming lake in the middle of the campsite is deep enough and is a magnet for children. The location of the campsite is very nice. The WLAN is not fast but can be used well at off-peak times. Attention is paid to waste separation, but there is also a disadvantage in the implementation (see disadvantages). The sanitary facilities are always clean and some have been well renovated. The numerous family cabins are well equipped with two washbasins, shower and toilet.

We didn't like the fact that there are practically no garbage cans or dog waste collection points. Fortunately, this is not a problem in terms of cleanliness. Dog excrement left lying around is not a problem despite the large number of dogs. Some dog owners do not comply with the leash requirement, which also applies on the pitch. The store only has very basic facilities, but all in all it is sufficient. If you are not mobile, it would probably be very/too far to the nearest supermarket. However, there is a rental car that could be used cheaply. The advertised "petting zoo" is not one. You can see donkeys & co over the fence. But nothing more.
Beautiful family campsite also for dog lovers
The place was one of the best on our trip, especially because the pizza in the evening (restaurant) was very good and it was fantastic for children to play.

The pizza in the evening is much better than the restaurant during the day.

There is a lot on offer for dogs.

Great campsite in a park-like area with large pitches.
Wonderful large pitches around a beautiful swimming pond. The whole site is planted with a variety of beautiful trees. Small kiosk for the essentials. There is also a good restaurant on the site. There is an older and a newer sanitary building which are always clean. For children there is a petting zoo... and one large and two smaller playgrounds. Although there are many dogs on the site, we did not feel disturbed as non-dog owners. For cyclists there is a good connection to the beautiful Drau cycle path.

Family and dog-friendly CP
We've been here several times now and always enjoy coming back. The campsite is in a very quiet location around a small, artificial lake. The water quality seems fine to me subjectively, the temperature is rather fresh, but certainly not cold. Child-friendliness is very important here, but dogs are also... welcome. The symbiosis works. The sanitary facilities are plentiful and clean! In the small store on site you can get the most important things you need for your daily needs, especially fresh pastries for breakfast every day. For larger purchases you have to drive to Ferlach. The Drauau and many excursion possibilities (hiking, cycling, sightseeing, etc.) await you in the surrounding area.

The perfect camping vacation
A large, spacious campsite with some large trees. The restaurant is fast and good and there is a small swimming pond in the middle of the site. Children's tricycles for free use everywhere. Punch and Judy theater, cinema and much more is offered without disturbing. Everywhere you look you can see the attention to detail of the operators. The sanitary facilities are great, relatively new, super clean and with HUGE showers

Paradise for families and dog owners
We stayed at this wonderful campsite for 14 days during the Whitsun vacations. We (my wife, our two Aussies and I) were able to choose our pitch in peace. It is very sunny on the outskirts. The area around the service buildings is mainly planted with birch trees, so there is plenty of shade. The supply... house (only one was open) was cleaned properly every day. The bathing lake was also cleaned every morning. Top! You can get the most important things in the small kiosk. And of course fresh rolls every morning. The restaurant on site is also highly recommended. The best thing, however, are the three fenced-in dog courses! One with agility equipment, the other with its own bathing lake for the dogs. To top it all off, there is also a dog school on Saturday for free. TOP!!!!!! We'll be back next year. THANK YOU SO MUCH! For the wonderful time with you!

Dog paradise
It is a real pleasure to experience this campsite with a dog, as there is a dog bathing pond with a huge fenced-in play area, everything left pristine and extremely clean! Everything else for dog owners was also wonderful!

One of the nicest campsites we've had so far. We choose the pitches especially for our dog. We've never had as many options as at Roz. Our little grandson had playmates, wonderful playgrounds, swimming opportunities, everything your heart desires.

Completely unnecessary forced sonication
We had always wanted to try out this campsite because of its description, but then had to wait a little until pitches became available. When we (2 adults + 2 children, aged 4 and 7) arrived, there were already a surprising number of pitches available and we were spoilt for choice. There is a swimming... pond on the campsite around which there were pitches and other areas in the immediate vicinity and also areas further away, especially for dog owners. The latter area even has its own dog exercise area with a dog bathing pond. There is also a large soccer pitch and beach volleyball court. There is a small playground by the bathing pond (this time the one for humans); the larger playground is "actually" outside the campsite grounds, behind the petting zoo. At first we thought this campsite was very good. The sanitary facilities made a good impression, there was lots of information about the surrounding area and the staff were friendly. We even managed to get a pitch right next to the bathing lake opposite the playground. "Actually" very good. Now we came from a very quiet campsite and the opposite was the case here - especially at our pitch. Pretty much everyone who wanted to get on or off the pitch passed by. We would have gotten used to that. Nevertheless, we left this campsite more or less in a hurry after one day and gave it a poor rating. Why? Because there was loud music (more or less disco-like) in the restaurant at the entrance, near which we were, until 0:10. And not because there was some private party going on, but because they actually wanted to entertain the whole campsite. But we didn't want that! I still can't believe that we were deliberately forced to listen to music until midnight! I've never experienced anything like it. Well, after the difficult night, we decided not to let them ruin another night (and therefore another day) of our vacation and left.
