Nice, quiet place. Unfortunately not a very large selection of food at the end of the season.

Pleasant, attractively designed site with direct access to the beach. The plots, which are not too small, are largely separated by oleander hedges. The site makes a clean and tidy impression. The two wash houses are cleaned twice a day. There is a small grocery store and a very good fruit and vegetable... store on site. In the last few days up to August 15 (Ferragosto!!) the site filled up quickly and was then completely full. It emptied just as quickly after 15.08. . Unfortunately there is no chemical toilet. This is emptied at the motorhome sink. The beach, situated in a picturesque, approx. 400 m long bay, is wonderful and consists of stoneless, fine, golden sand. The transition into the clear and very clean water, which is around 25 degrees in summer, is very gentle. We also liked the climate: Three weeks of beautiful weather, but not over 30 degrees heat during the day; the nights cool with temperatures around 15 degrees. We noticed two "Italian-style" disadvantages, which can also be found in many other places: 1. every evening, including Sundays, there was a musical "animation" from 10 p.m. to midnight, almost always with an identical program; the whole thing was so loud that you could often hear the lyrics all over the place. There is simply no escape, you have to make do somehow. 2. the beach is very crowded: the beach is also populated by many people seeking relaxation from the neighboring square and from vacation resorts in the "second row", some of whom are driven to the beach by regular shuttle buses. This is exploited by paving almost the entire beach with rental umbrellas and sun loungers, sometimes in rows of seven. The rents are horrendous, especially in the first row, but seem to be paid by the users without complaint. We struggled to find a "free" spot where we could set up our own parasol. In the morning, between 10.00 and 12.00, several airobics courses and entertainment programs take place on and in the water on the beach, at intervals of approx. 100 metres, in parallel and with loud banging loudspeakers.
