A73 can be heard, but is not disturbing, as the constant noise can be easily faded out

We ended up here as an "emergency solution", as the campsite we had chosen closes its reception at 3 pm (!!!). As cyclists, we couldn't manage this time and so we went to "Valkenberg", which turned out to be a very good choice. The owners are super nice and helpful. We liked the fact that there are no... parceled out pitches. pitches. Unfortunately, we didn't have any swimming gear with us on our bike trip, otherwise we would have been able to enjoy the adjacent lake. This is an excellent place for people who don't need a lot of fuss and an entertainment program.
