Nice little relaxed campsite in the middle of the small town
We really liked it there. In the middle of the beautiful little town of Vila Nova de Milfontes. Great beaches nearby and delicious restaurants.

After the tourist palaces of the Algarve, VN de Milfontes is a rest for the eyes. Unfortunately, both campsites are not first class. We liked the municipal site a little better. It is centrally located opposite the market hall, but is still quite quiet. The site is very clean, but is completely over-planned.... There is only one road around the parceled out pitches, and if the first row is full, the inner pitches can only be reached on foot. The staff are not unfriendly, but work stubbornly according to the rules. Cars may not be parked on the pitch, but must be parked outside. If you want it next to your caravan or tent, you have to pay for a motorhome

i really like this park because it's cool, quiet and has a very good restaurant and bar! the value for money is the best i've ever seen

One of the few inner-city campsites in Portugal where you can still go for a beer on foot in the evening. Otherwise relatively full or few campsites and lots of youth groups.
