ATTENTION: advance paymentThe reservation for 5 days was only possible with prepayment plus an extra booking fee of €25. So we paid €276.60 for 5 nights and 2 people including the VW bus. The sea in this area is ideal for wave surfing or cooling off. It is too rough for swimming. In June, the campsite is not very busy, so everything is still very clean and quiet. We had a pitch right by the sea. Toilets were cleaned around 09.00 every day and closed during this time, no toilet seats, restaurant more for pizza, small store. Good bus connection to Biarritz and with the location... and access directly on the sea ideal for surfers or other water enthusiasts. No shade by the sea and with the surf probably not suitable for smaller children. We found €48 per day for 2 people, caravan and car too expensive, as the sanitary facilities, pitches etc. were rather basic.Automaticky preložené.

Very naturally laid out, tidy and very clean. Great location by the sea on a hill. The site is laid out in terraces. Breathtaking view of the sunset. Sanitary facilities ok and clean. Perfect place for surfing. We will be back next year to take a course!!! You can... be in Biarritz in 15 minutes by e-bike. San Sebastián accessible by public transport. Unclean sanitary facilities.No 5 stars!We visited Biarritz with our motorhome at short notice and chose this campsite because of its attractive website. Registration and pitch allocation took 2 hours for us. Other campers had to wait 3 hours for no apparent reason. The pitches were only occupied from 14:00, although there were many free pitches.... The pitch allocated to us was unsuitable for us due to the size of our 7.5m camper van. The system did not allow us to change our booking (again, we had to queue at reception for about an hour). The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was unacceptable. The CP has a beautiful location and we would have liked to stay longer, but the organization of the reception (a total of 3 hours waiting time in one day) should be urgently reconsidered.Automaticky preložené.

In my opinion, the site deserves a maximum of three stars. Some very narrow access roads, no bread rolls but baguettes, no toilet seats, showers not really clean and too short running times, also far too few showers, the pitches look unkempt and are partly sandy, little entertainment for children, loveless restaurant. Clean sanitary facilities, good disposal facilities, electricity, fresh water and waste water disposal at every pitch. Good public transport links to Bidart (1€) or Biarritz (2€). Washing machine and dryer available. Very... friendly staff; store and restaurant (great mussel dishes) on site, W-Lan for a fee (6€ / hour).
