I booked 2 pitches for two families at a cost of £450, however the other family had an emergency and I tried to cancel the booking within 24 hours of making it. I was told that I couldn't get a refund and could rebook for another date. I have sent 8 emails, made many calls and everytime I get fobbed off.Poor Customer ServiceI am now £450 out of pocket with no offer of any discount on a future booking or partial/full refund.
