3 Stars (classification process underway). Cogalin, perched on the gentle slopes, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, it’s difficult to find a more authentic Provencal village than this ! Sheltered by the hills of the Massif des Maures, Cogolin is steeped …in history, with its cobble-stoned streets, stone - vaulted buildings, flowered public squares… All within view of the remains of an old fortress, clock tower and drawbridge… The village is also famous for its port which lies just 500 metres away. This impressive complex is one of the biggest of its kind on the Côte d’Azur ! Les Marines de Cogolin port, renowned for the quality of its bathing water, has everything you’re looking for : a large lively harbour complex, shops, restaurants, piano bars, water sports, lovely sandy beaches in a oasis of palm trees… A mere 5 km away from St Tropez, the campsite is located in a large wooded parkland, guaranteeing you a real holiday haven !

By road : From the A8 motorway, take the « Le Muy » exit - direction St Tropez. At the N559 and N98 crossroads, you’ll see the « La Foux » roundabout, which is 100 m from the campsite (direction …Ste Maxime, “accès Port Cogolin”). Refer to Michelin road map n° 84. GPS coordinates : Lat : 43.264144 Lon : 6.584026 By train : TGV high speed train from Paris to St Raphaël. Shuttle service from the station to the La Foux roundabout (100 m from the campsite) : 35 km Airport : Toulon-Hyères airport then bus service – 45km away.
