A little dark in the evening. A flashlight is recommended.
Unexpected highlight
Originally only planned as a stopover on the way south, this site turned out to be a feel-good oasis on the banks of the Saône. We were here in mid-May and were able to choose a pitch in the front row. Largely firm and level grassy ground. Many large trees provide plenty of shade. There is a restaurant... and bar in the entrance area, which is also popular with locals. Baked goods can be pre-ordered for the next morning. WiFi is freely available in the restaurant area and approx. 100m away. Barbecuing with charcoal is only permitted in the stationary barbecues. WCs with toilet seats and toilet paper! Hardly any permanent campers. A cycle path runs along the Saône at the entrance to the campsite.

We only wanted to stay one night, but ended up staying two. Very nice location by the river, very quiet. Very basic facilities. Nice pool.
