Ideal for a tour of the city
Municipal campsite with around 150 pitches within the fortifications of St. Martin de Re. We received a very friendly welcome in English and were able to choose a pitch. As far as I could see, each pitch is equipped with electricity, water and a drain. The pitches are generously sized and separated from... each other by hedges. Trees provide sufficient shade, but unfortunately there is no view. There is a room with free Wi-Fi next to the reception. In the snack bar on the pitch you can get baguettes in the morning without pre-ordering, at least in the high season. The sanitary facilities at the reception are unisex. The other two washrooms are separated by gender. No glasses, no paper. It's a 10-minute walk to the harbor with its many restaurants. At the end of August, we paid €27 for a motorhome with 2 people and electricity.
