Small, inexpensive family campsite with old trees providing shade: cork oaks + eucalyptus + pines. Mainly surrounded by gardens, where chickens are also kept; 200m to the beach, new sanitary building, nice bar. Boiro, which has grown over the last 30 years to become the center of town, offers many bars,... larger stores and a good location for touring the Rias Baixas (lower fjords) from Cape Finesterre to the Portuguese border, or hiking in the Barbanza. The toll-free Autovia de Barbanza runs past the village in the mountains with 2 slip roads. During the fiesta in July it is very busy, but the young campers let off steam in the village and only use the campsite to sleep and make themselves pretty again.
