K.august 2025Pozitívne- can be booked together with the ferry to Gotland - centrally located on the island for excursionsNegatívne- showering costs extra -it is not cleaned -very outdated -much closed although advertisedAn ageing squareUnfortunately, we booked the campsite together with the ferry, otherwise we would have left earlier.
We spent 10 nights on this site in August. The site seems to have been at its best. On average, we stayed at this site with 3 to 4 other campers per night. You can use it as a transit site. For a long-term... stay, as we did (booked as a combination with the destination Gotland), I would advise against it. There is nothing else in this place apart from the campsite. The beach is really beautiful. There used to be a kiosk, but it seems to have been closed for some time. There is a restaurant, which also seemed totally deserted. Rarely did one or two cyclists stray there on their tour. Excursions within a radius of 30 minutes are possible. We were there with children. The playground is desolate and loveless. With equipment from the 80s/90s. The pitches are really huge. The whole area is like a meadow with a wash house. The wash house is heated with a heat pump in the wash basin area. The rest is cold, and it should be mentioned that the cleaner takes a look inside every day. Once in two toilets the toilet brush is turned and the cleaning is finished. Hair in the ladies shower (drain) accompanied us for 10 days. There was no more soap in the men's room. The gate to the beach path was locked with a chain when we arrived. The shower itself runs by card according to time was billed 1min.3SEK. In the curve to the pitches there is a large pothole in the way. The pool was advertised with "open from 11am to 7pm" on the signs. Unfortunately it was locked. You would have to go to reception to open it. We left it alone. Conclusion: Either a campsite is open and you can have clean wash houses and open paths or you close the campsite.

Laundry can be washed for 30 SEK using a shower card. The shower itself is charged by card according to time. There is a large pothole in the path at the bend to the pitches. The pool was advertised on the signs as "open from 11am to 7pm". Unfortunately it was locked. You would have to go to reception to open it. We left it alone. Conclusion: Either a place is open and you can have clean wash houses and open paths or you close a place because the season is over! We won't be back!!! We felt too lonely here and had the feeling that the campsite had already closed.Automaticky preložené.
Ulrich S.jún 2017Pozitívnenice, clean, quietNegatívne-none-Experience with TentTrailerNice place with good pitches. Friendly. Small store for shopping. Restaurant and mini golf course. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Newly built men's sanitary block. Women's still very basic. Hot water comes out of the shower every minute via a coded wristband that has to be recharged at reception. Good starting point for exploring the island.Automaticky preložené.
