-Close to the city; Salzburg is easily accessible by bike. -Most of the campsites are spacious. -Friendly and straightforward communication during the booking process, before arrival, and on-site.
Negatívne
-The signage on the way there was confusing for us. -The process for selecting a spot was unclear despite our reservation, as the front desk was understaffed. -Unfortunately, the restrooms were never really clean during our stay.
A good starting point for a visit to Salzburg, with room for improvement
Thanks to its proximity to the city of Salzburg, this campground is a great starting point for a city trip. We particularly appreciated the spacious campsites and the clear communication leading up to our stay.

We see room for improvement regarding the drive-in process and wayfinding on the grounds.... The signage wasn’t always clear to us, and even when choosing a spot despite having a reservation, there was a lack of clear information indicating which sites were available or reserved.

Our biggest criticism, however, concerns the restroom facilities. We realize that cleanliness at a campground also depends on guests’ behavior and that perfect conditions cannot be expected at all times. Nevertheless, unfortunately, we never found the restroom facilities—including the showers, toilets, and dishwashing area—to be truly clean at any point during our entire stay.

Overall, the campground offers a good location and a solid foundation for a stay.
