Very nice and friendly operators. The pitches are beautifully situated and large enough. The sanitary facilities are clean, but in need of renovation. Good starting point for hiking or cycling tours.

The operators and the campers on site were super friendly. The site is nice and quiet, clean and you feel comfortable. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but they were always clean and that's what counts for us.

Very idyllic location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everything super clean. Great place in the middle of the Oberharz, without hustle and bustle and hectic noises. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years but everything is super clean, that's the most important thing. There is gas and bread rolls on site and a great pizza delivery service. You can start your hike directly from the campsite and the ski slope is also just around the corner. The owners are also very dog-friendly. We had very nice relaxing days on the beautiful campsite and will definitely come back.

Great location for permanent campers in the highest mountain village in the Harz, Hohegeiß. Short-term campers are welcome.

As already mentioned several times, the sanitary facilities are a bit older, but very clean. Conclusion: want to make good use of them and not buy them ;-)
