Top location, on an island. However, access is through the entire town.
The pitches, which are neither numbered nor parceled out in any way, can be chosen at will. At least if you arrive on time - before 15h. Wide paths, easy maneuvering even with longer trailers....
There are grass pitches and some that are graveled. Plenty of old trees, so lots of shady spots.
Despite very high occupancy (vacations in Finland), it was fairly quiet.
There are many shopping facilities in Vaasa. Several sights in the surrounding area.
Unfortunately there are two major points of criticism. The cleanliness and general condition of the sanitary facilities and kitchens.
The toilets and showers were diligently cleaned - unfortunately without visible success. The floor was still dirty immediately after cleaning and there were dead flies and mosquitoes on the walls of the shower cubicles throughout our stay. The layout - toilet, washbasin and showers in one room is also not great.
The kitchen and sinks were also in poor condition. Moldy sealant in a kitchen/sink is an absolute no-go!

Andreas S.июнь 2019Only 3 km from the center of VaasaThis campsite is located on a headland at the northern end of a small island. Friendly reception in English and free choice of pitches. The pitches are spread out rather than in rows. There are many beautiful spots with sea views. The ground is mostly firm grass, sometimes with a gravelled strip for... the vehicle. Old trees provide plenty of shade. Free WiFi on the pitch, maybe not on the whole site, but we had good reception at C21. Barbecuing with charcoal is only permitted at the stationary barbecue facilities. Very good kitchen house for tent guests. At the beginning of June we paid €23 for a mobile home with 2 people and electricity. Check out until 5 pm. I have experienced much better for the money.Expensive place (70,-€/night for the hut)As I said above, it's an expensive place (€70/night for the hut). But the place seems to thrive on permanent campers and people like me who are passing through on their way to the ferry. Or want to take one and have to wait until the next one arrives. I've been to Scandinavia many times, but considering... the condition of the cabins and the whole area, I think the above price is pretty exorbitant. But it seems to work... Здесь, помимо обычных домиков, есть всё: удобный санузел, душевые, кафетерий, разнообразные развлечения для детей, домики для шашлыка и барбекю, минигольф и т.д. Я остановился там из-за близости к парому, ехать до которого минут пять Perhaps the... best camping in those in which I was.
