Wi-Fi is free, but there was no reception at our pitch (we weren't actually that far away from reception). De camping is big enough to have diversity of visitors. En daarmee is het voor de kinderen makkelijk om vriendjes en vriendinnetjes te vinden. En de camping is klein genoeg om niet in de massa te verdwijnen en daardoor is de sfeer op de... camping ook prettig. En wat wij een plus vinden is dat de avondrust vanaf 22 uur is. Very nice. Verder voorzien van alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, zoals goed sanitair, mogelijkheid tot gebruik van een wasmachine en zelfs eventueel een droger.
Standplaatsen zijn gevarieerd in formaat, maar over het algemeen voldoende groot, ook voor de vouwwagen.
Fijn op een centraal punt een speeltuin voor de kleine(re) kinderen. Een volleybalveld en voetbalveld wat meer achter (bovenaan) de camping voor de jeugd en volwassenen.
En uiteraard de mooie omgeving. Direct in de omgeving is het al mooi wandelen en zijn er uitstapjes mogelijk. We made good use of the indoor pool and were very happy about the free entry for campers.
The wash house is old but always clean...the showers in the wash house should be renewed, but with flip flops it was fine...
I found the little... touches, such as fresh flowers in the scullery or the legends and fairy tales on the toilet door, draining sieve etc. particularly nice.
The mini-golf course is a ruin and should either be restored or dismantled.
The go-karts for the children are also antique and should be rented for 1-2€...I wouldn't spend money on them.

And the swimming pool makes you want to dive into the cool water more than just once a day. The place is a good starting point for day trips by car and for hiking. The indoor swimming pool is ok. Bread roll supply and small store for the most necessary available. Sanitary facilities are spacious. With more than... 50€ a day for two people and a 6 m camper the price limit is reached for me, too bad. An absolute disaster without equal!
We are supposed to pay €200 for an alleged cleaning because our little toy poodle was on the terrace for a maximum of three minutes - and only because he jumped out of the car briefly. The cleaner came at exactly that moment and saw him.
The terrace is made of wood and is completely run-down anyway. It's really absurd to charge so much for it. We were hardly ever on the site, mostly just out hiking.
Now Knaus Camping wants to send us an invoice. We have decided to call in our lawyer. After all, there were 20 of us on the site and we have enough witnesses who can confirm that the dog was never in the house or in other parts of the house.
