"Quiet location near Stockholm - Looking for a pitch near Stockholm we came across this place, very friendly reception, the lady spoke perfect German and gave sufficient information to explore the city. Pitches very large, electricity on site, water taps in two places, a little too far away from each other. Sanitary facilities are adequate, but are getting on in years. Beach and leisure facilities at the lake, steep, arduous walk there, also to the "restaurant" well there are burgers... Very quiet location, many fitters stay overnight on the site, not disturbing, only when they all take a shower, there is a lack of hot water.., Price performance... 37,00 € already a little out of hand.

"Spacious campsite near Stockholm - We found the site to be very quiet and pleasantly spacious in the low season. The sanitary facilities are now perfectly adequate, the pitches are very large, but not perfectly level. There is access to the public beach with bathing facilities. Ideal for a stay of one or more days, at least in the low season.

"Short stop - Nice place, 20 minutes to Stockholm. As the site closes at 7 pm, no possibility to spend the night in front of the barrier. Many overnight guests are workers who have parked their vehicles there. A bit noisy in the evening. We had a group of young people in the cabins in front of our pitch and it was extremely loud, as they raved until late into the night

"This CP wants to be discovered a little... - We also wanted to visit Stockholm on our round trip this year and therefore chose this campsite for more pragmatic reasons. The campsite also seemed "pragmatic" to us at first glance... Large, but not separated pitches, the campsite was always quite empty during the day and is frequented by tradesmen (families), among others, who apparently pursue their "ambulant trade" in Stockholm. ATTENTION: there are two sanitary buildings (old and new). However, if you leave the CP steeply downhill towards the lake and leisure center, a more positive picture suddenly opens up. You should leave the "downhill car track" behind you and explore the lakes with their waterways - it's worth it! There is also a mountain bike trail. We watched these activities from the wooden terrace of the small restaurant/café. The campsite provides discounted parking tickets, which you should use to take the train (a few stops) into the city center of Stockholm. The CP is definitely recommended for a trip to Stockholm, but in our opinion not for longer, cozy family stays. Somewhat inconvenient: you have to drive to the Huddingen district for shopping (several shopping centers). The CP store offers very little food. We were disturbed by the cars arriving and departing on the adjacent gravel parking lot to the leisure center. The "boys" also drove around there with their tires spinning and engines roaring. But it was quiet at night.

"Suitable for sightseeing - As previously described, the site is suitable for a visit to Stockholm. You need a car to get to the nearest train station. You can park there for 4€ and take the train to Stockholm for 6€ per person (approx. 20 min). Otherwise, the site is reasonably clean, but doesn't offer any special atmosphere. There is a bread roll service, but it is expensive and not particularly tasty. Tip: First of all, only book fewer nights and rather extend your stay - if you want to stay shorter you still have to pay....that really annoyed us!!! Not particularly accommodating!!!

"Nice place to visit Stockholm - We chose the site because we wanted to visit Stockholm. The site is located on a mountain that is suitable for winter sports in winter, as there is a ski lift there that is used in summer for mountain bikers and motorized vehicles that can be used to drive down the mountain. You need a car to stay there because it is a bit off the road behind a cemetery. The reception was friendly. However, you can only buy a few things at reception, there is no real store. The site has two sanitary blocks, but we would recommend the one at the back on the right as it was always clean and you should also take off your street shoes for the shower area, which contributes significantly to cleanliness. It was a bit annoying that you can only get into the sanitary blocks with a key, and you only get one per pitch. The showers work without any additional costs. The operators have a contract with a parking garage nearby (approx. 6 km away). You can park your car there all day for 4 euros and you are right next to the S-Bahn. You can then take this directly into the city center.
