Very central location, a few meters to the lake and the town of Keswick
The site was redesigned after the floods, so it is almost new, including the sanitary facilities. The bus station, the starting point for many wonderful places and walks in the Lake District, is only 5 minutes away. Keswick itself is a very nice little town with some good restaurants and pubs. The lake is also fantastic.
