Perfect short stay
We made a stopover here on the way to our vacation. Although right next to the road, it was very quiet at the beginning of June 2021. We received a very friendly welcome and, although our arrival was outside reception hours, they offered to help us position our caravan straight away. As it was nicer weather in the south, we moved on after one night. Otherwise we would certainly have stayed another night.

Family-run CP in the middle of the Vercors at 800 m altitude
In the small "hero village" of St.-Martin en Vercors (which was almost wiped out by German troops in 1944) there is a nice, very French and family-friendly campsite next door. A bit cramped for larger WW, but good infrastructure on the terraces. You should be able to speak French there.
