Quiet time in the off-season
We were on the site in the off-season and were able to choose a pitch. The site has probably undergone a few changes of ownership, and you can tell from the somewhat loveless layout. The infinity pool, which is quite spectacular in itself, was completely green, the pitches were poorly maintained and... the restaurant was still open at inflated prices, but with poor quality and exactly 3 choices.
Nevertheless, we had a nice time, especially the proximity to the train station for the great trains to Marseille (always along the coast, magnificent views!) and the hiking trails along the rocky coast were great.
Fun fact: right next door is the backdrop campsite for "Camping paradis", a French TV series for which filming was taking place directly opposite our pitch. The whole campsite is just a backdrop, on a large area and deceptively real.

Terrible pitches on building rubble
High price, poor pitches
The swimming pool with a view of the sea is great, but doesn't justify the high price on its own. Our pitch had rubble on the ground. The children collected old tile splinters. We looked out over the muellecke, run-down accommodation belonging to a few permanent campers and building rubble. It looked... like a junkyard!!! We had booked for five nights and left unsatisfied after two nights. However, there was also a seemingly newer area with rental accommodation. This was much more attractively laid out. We cannot recommend this site for campers.

Campsite is now called: La Cote Bleu
The campsite was taken over by Yellow Village in 2014. New pool and restaurant, as well as reception and store. Clean, well-kept site. Various beaches, rocky or sandy. Ideal for a trip to Mareilles and the Calanques
