First of all, the good news: the sanitary facilities were clean (edit: been there twice now, sanitary facilities are getting worse and dirtier), even if they are partly more outside than inside, you can get to the beach super quickly and when the construction work that is currently being carried out... on the beach at night is over, it will certainly be nice and quiet here again. Where we pitched our tent, there were still a few caravans on non-parceled pitches, which I think always creates a nice atmosphere. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to a beautiful (almost empty) beach and from there you can easily explore the Netherlands and Belgium by car. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that it was all about making money here. As soon as we arrived, the mood was: "As long as we have our money, nothing matters." . I'm used to being at least briefly informed of the campsite rules when checking in, sometimes given an information sheet and briefly shown the sanitary facilities on the way to the campsite, in other words a friendly welcome. Here it was more like this: first we paid, then we were quickly shown a piece of meadow with the comment: "Pitch your tent somewhere here" and then I never saw the owners again. They also ask for money for everything. That's normal for the showers, but for hot water for washing up? And then there are no sockets on the ladies' side of the sanitary facilities, only wall-mounted hair dryers, which again cost money and you don't really have a chance to dry your hair if you have long hair. I can only suggest to every woman to go to the men's side, because there are sockets there and you are not the first woman there.

Neat, quiet campsite with outdated but clean sanitary facilities. Expensive for an MH (€30/night), shower and hot water pay separately and no facilities to discharge "gray" water.
