Beautiful location, the site is nested between some rapids and the road that goes up the valley. A lovely location to just spend time, or use it as a base for some awesome hikes. Public transport available in the form of buses within a short walk, and all buses ran according to what Apple Maps told us. The site is super well run by someone who clearly cares. All the facilities were clean and sustainability clearly front-of-mind. A farmers shop across the road sells produce including various breads that we enjoyed. The pitches are smallish but sufficient and pretty level. Access was easy with van. The owner was super helpful, and email response time when we acquired regarding availability was fast.

The sound of the river might disturb some people, but we found it soothing.
Delightful little gem of a campsite
A road through the valley passes by but we were not kept awake by traffic.

We stayed 2 nights btw.

Very friendly hosts. The campground was fully booked but I could stay the night with my minivan. There's a washing machine & dryer you can use for a little extra. I like the way the owners try to be as ecologic as possible. You can refill your water here. You have a nice look on the mountains. They let dogs in.
