Beautiful location, beautiful places.
Lovely quiet campground. Within walking distance of the beach. Large places. Friendly owners. We were afraid of the plumbing after reading some recenties - but it was really fine - and clean! We will definitely come back.

Autumn
We received a nice welcome. However, we had to pay cash for the entire stay, 13 nights. Unfortunately we had to leave after 8 nights due to illness. There was no money back but we were allowed to make up the 5 nights. Nice large pitches and a great starting point for hiking. We would love to come back.

Absolute warning. Never again
I have never experienced anything like what we had to go through at this campsite. But first the only positive thing. This is the location. Just over the dunes and you're on the long, beautiful sandy beach. But now to the rest. The operator is only out to make a quick buck. I noticed his unfriendly manner... as soon as I was greeted. He immediately pointed out that you pay cash in advance without a receipt. For 22 euros plus two euros for electricity and 3.50 euros for the dog, I had expected a lot. However, I was already disappointed at the pitch. It was noticeable here that the Germans were separated from the pitches on an old cow meadow. The pitches were reserved for the Dutch. The washrooms and toilets were dirty and there was only cold water. Hot water and everything else cost extra. Friends of ours arrived at one o'clock on Sunday night. They were no longer allowed on the pitch but had to pay in full for the night in the parking lot. The pitch that I had reserved in advance next to me was rented out twice the whole time, so we had to share a pitch. When we left, we wanted to negotiate the price we had paid. What we experienced ended with us having to leave the pitch in a hurry. He threatened to kill the dog and to flatten our buses with his tractor. And he did it in such a way that you had to believe him. Even his wife, who was present, couldn't calm him down. Insults like "shitty Germans" were the order of the day. Conclusion: Never again. As good as the location is. But an absolute warning against this place. Not recommended
