The 20-minute walk to the lake is fine!MinusuriThe campground itself is in a state of disrepair! There’s no store to pick up small items! Wi-Fi is only available within 50 meters of the reception area—not throughout the entire campground—something I’ve never experienced before! A restaurant that used to be something has turned into a bird morgue in the outdoor area! But the restrooms really take the cake! Even I’ve never seen anything like sitting on the toilet and watching a spider wrap up a moth! To drain the water and graywater, you need rubber boots because apparently they can’t manage to clean the drain.For heaven's sakeWe came without any expectations, and unfortunately, we're completely stunned at how such a large place could be allowed to fall into such disrepair!

The self-check-in is pretty nice.MinusuriThere’s no map at the self-check-in, and no help finding a parking spot. The restrooms are insufficient and too dirty. Really gross, and it stinks so bad. We never saw a cleaning lady, and the dirt from previous days was still there. We were on a slope and, although we had an extra toilet with us, it was never cleaned either. We’d arranged for completely different spots because we were on a group trip. That wasn’t honored. There are no sidewalks, and the paths are too narrow for both pedestrians and cars. You have to wait way too long in line for the bread service.Bathroom is unreasonably dirtyNever again, except when just passing through.

And the upper deduction point are the inadequately maintained sanitary facilities. There are simply roll holders torn off everywhere / several shower cubicles cannot be locked because the button is simply missing / shower gel holders are torn off etc. in both the men's and women's areas. Hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired - the yellow slobber in the shower cubicle simply needs to be removed with a brush. When it rains, the grassy areas (for awnings, everything with wheels is safely on gravel) are very soggy, so you quickly end up standing in the mud. Although the sanitary facilities are not up to date, they are clean, tidy, spacious... and functional. - BHBianca H.April 2024DissatisfiedMobile home was not clean, quite dingy! Tv device did not find a signal! The rooms stank, despite airing! On our double bed there was a lot of black hair on the fitted sheet (really disgusting) and on the pillows too, at some point I stopped looking closer!
Lamp above the dining table broken! Seat in... front of the mobile home was getting on in years and wobbled! 85€ for final cleaning completely overpriced as no attention is paid to thoroughness anyway!
Unfortunately the beer garden has now completely closed!
Will look for another place to sleep for the next Brombachsee vacation!

You had to take a flashlight with you to wash up outside and the same for the toilet/shower for the first 2 days. Our stay with you was basically wonderful. We noticed a few points for improvement:
1. speed of the cars in front of our pitch was far too high. It would be good to put up bollards in the whole area.
2. light in the men's WC defective
3. light for washing up is completely missing when washing... dishes outside.
4. the bread roll machine. Not nice that you have to enter your personal details for a bill. All waiting guests can also see this. It doesn't help to have the privacy policy confirmed if the data is not protected at all. In addition, no email with the invoice arrived at all.
5th booking system is good, but the mail that comes after the booking is not. You have to download a registration form and print it out and bring it with you, even though you have sent all the data beforehand. The link to the document doesn't work either. We then looked for it on the homepage.
