Paul P.August 2025PlusuriThe pitch has everything and is in excellent condition. All pitches have 6A electricity (16A is available on some pitches for a fee), fresh water and waste water connections. Bread roll service and fresh food vending machine from a local butcher's shop. Very clean sanitary facilities (2, close together, 1 apparently quite new). The greenkeeper mows and waters each pitch after departure. We stood with our motorhome on a really large enough pitch so that you could have stood lengthways and crossways, on plastic grids with grass, absolutely level. Supply and disposal incl. air and chemical toilet (sink and Camperclean machine) on entry and exit. Very friendly staff. A small, well-stocked store is about 10 minutes away on foot.MinusuriThe bread rolls are not cheap and not really good either. We weren't far away from the two sanitary buildings, but the two buildings close to each other are certainly quite a hike for some people, especially when there's a rush.Absolute recommendation!The town of Lübbenau is about 15 minutes away on foot. Packed at the weekend. Also busy during the week with day tourists. There is everything to do with cucumbers and cucumbers, from individual cucumbers to cucumber barrels, cucumber ice cream, cucumber gin, cucumber shandies etc. etc. etc. etc. Delicious food for every palate and budget. We also went on a boat trip. A very nice and friendly welcome on the day of arrival, an open ear for information about the campsite or the area at any time, a campsite designed with attention to detail, very clean and... modern sanitary facilities, delicious fresh bread and rolls to order every day, Spreewald specialties and potatoes available at the reception and absolute peace and quiet - we were just thrilled! The great fall weather was free of charge and tempted us to explore the beautiful area of the Spreewald on foot, by bike, the Spreewaldmolly and the boat. The campsite is beautifully situated, surrounded by water at the castle park, in the immediate vicinity of the town of Lübbenau WC/wash houses are modern and always clean, wristband perfect for use Campsite team is very friendly, professional organization A small shop with a perfectly functioning bread roll service is available, shopping market in Lübbenau can be reached in 5 minutes by bike Canoe rental available Too bad that the restaurant on the site is no longer in operation, but - as I said - Lübbenau can be reached in 5 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants!
