Directly on the lake
We managed to get a really nice spot right by the lake and the view was magnificent. In the course of the late afternoon, however, all possible niches were still filled with camper vans. The staff were very friendly, the sanitary building was relatively new and clean. Showers cost extra. The infrastructure for loading and unloading the camper van is spartan

An overnight stay in a hut
The cabins are not recommended. They are old and the furnishings are worn out or made up of old items. The sanitary facilities are relatively new and clean, but there are not enough of them.

Relatively cheap alternative to the CPs in the Oslo area

A place characterized by permanent campers
CP was our 1st site after arrival in Langesund (FZ approx. 3 hours). The CP is firmly in the hands of permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. Pitches for tourists have been set up on a meadow in front of the reception - quite well done. This campsite is ok for transit to avoid the sites in Oslo. WiFi free of charge.
