    Fantastic pitch with a great view

    Simple but good
    Smaller pitch. Free choice of parking space. Supermarket within walking distance. Fresh bread rolls in the morning. Modern and clean sanitary facilities. But 2 showers for everyone is just not enough. Were only here for transit. Car + caravan + 2 people + dog without electricity 210 Nkr.

    Idyllic square at the entrance to Roldal
    - very nice large meadow with a view of the lake and partly snow-covered mountains - free choice of pitches, pitches with electricity further in front, more idyllic further back (where we stood) - showers cost extra, but only 2 showers for all guests - family atmosphere - Roldal within walking distance - some road noise from the E134

    Good base for excursions in the surrounding area
    Choose a pitch, register in the evening, this system works well. We used the site as a base for excursions in the surrounding area (Fjell, Odda, Folgefonn). The sanitary facilities are good, but - as we experienced in July - too small. The pitches are spacious and fairly level. The site itself is quiet, but you have to expect road noise from the nearby 134.

    Small and quiet
    We stayed here for one (cold) night in August 2015. The site is beautifully situated and quiet. You have a free choice of pitch, in the evening from 6 pm you should register at the reception. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the village (500 m away). The sanitary facilities are clean and modern, but may be undersized in terms of capacity when the site is full.

    Intermediate camp
    Stayed at the campsite for 3 days while passing through. You can choose your pitch freely. Around 18:00 the groundskeeper comes to register (no German). Unfortunately only 2 toilets and 2 showers. Located directly on a fjord with swimming opportunities. The village is approx. 10 min. walk away with shopping facilities and a pretty stave church. Hiking possibilities (steep).

    Quiet site with good sanitary building - very clean. Pitches = meadow area - not completely flat. The Seim family is very friendly.
