It was nice that there was a beautiful—though crowded—swimming pool. The little river running alongside the campground was also great for splashing around and floating down the current on inner tubes. The restroom and shower facilities were simple but clean. Dutch was spoken everywhere. That was especially nice for the kids during the entertainment program.

The children had an unforgettable vacation

The showerheads were really unpleasant; between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., we often got up and weren’t allowed to use the restrooms because they were being cleaned. Food and the campground store were on the pricey side, and the dinner service was a mess. We had to wait two hours for five pizzas and two orders of fries. On three out of the ten days, right after we finished breakfast, gas-powered lawn mowers and leaf blowers started running next to us. That made it impossible to relax and was very annoying.

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, the campground had good facilities, beautiful pools, an excellent restaurant, lovely surroundings, delicious fresh rolls, and the little store was well-stocked with essential items; the breakfast service in the morning was also very good.

The ground was very hard and there was no grass. Maybe you should spread some soil on it beforehand.

I liked the child-friendly facilities. The restaurant and shop offer everything you need in ample supply. The staff was very friendly. The bungalow was quite spacious. There’s a baby area, but it’s a shame the small bathtubs aren’t non-slip.

Restaurants were closed on Monday and Tuesday, and the shop closed fairly early. The pool closed at 6 p.m. We just ran into a problem with a baby bathtub (which is actually dangerous). The showerhead handle flew right at our faces due to the water pressure—it wasn’t secured firmly enough. You’ll need to be careful because if it flies toward the baby, it could be dangerous given the force of the water pressure!

What I enjoyed was the pool, the restaurant, the river along the walking trail, the old villages and museums in the area, and the hilly hiking trails.

Communication in the first letter. Did not match the arrival time. Fortunately, someone still came after 6:00 p.m. to bring the key upon arrival. The letter stated until 7:00 p.m., but in reality, the reception desk was open only until 6:00 p.m.

The tree at our campsite made our stay much more pleasant in that heat. We could always sit in the shade.

The 4-person bungalow we stayed in was very clean and had a modern design. The restaurant is fantastic, and I really have to tip my hat to the staff for their stamina during peak hours. There’s a heated indoor pool, so our baby was able to enjoy it too. The outdoor pool was too cold, which is a shame because it’s a pretty spot. The shower area for kids and babies was super convenient and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the park was—I didn’t see any trash or even dog waste. The staff at the front desk, in the park, and in the restaurant were very professional.

The restaurant and snack bar are open (closed Monday–Tuesday). The pool should open later so we can enjoy it longer. Especially the lounge chairs.

Overall, it's good

Cleaning all the RVs will make them more inviting because of the greenery on them!! It makes them look dirty.

A beautiful campground with a nice cottage—a pleasant place to stay in the spring.

A nice campground; the activities are fun, the pool is beautiful and clean, and our cabin was also in great shape. The staff was friendly. The surroundings are beautiful, too. We had a fantastic week!

A package containing trash bags and toilet paper. There are two toilets and three trash cans in the cottage. But there was only one roll of toilet paper, two trash bags, and not a single dishwasher tablet. Given the cost of our cottage, this could have been a little more generous.

Activities for teenagers were somewhat limited; these were completely taken over by young children—such as a soccer tournament or something similar.
