We were just there. And I'll definitely be back. The restrooms are very well-maintained and modern. Clean showers. Nice people, including the long-term campers. Just a short walk to the dog beach. Great for swimming or just taking a quick dip in the Baltic Sea. Very friendly staff, whether at check-in or around the campground. Quiet, even with families and dogs around.

It's definitely the cell service, unfortunately. But it's not the carrier's fault. Whether it's T-Online, Vodafone, or O2—I've used all three. Unfortunately, there's no sandy beach, but that's okay.

No Afternoon Nap
The campground is beautifully laid out, but there are a great many long-term campers—and you can’t seem to make contact with them, even when you’re parked “fence to fence.” Our experience at other campgrounds has been different. The midday quiet hours listed in the terms and conditions don’t exist; the... gate stays open all the time thanks to license plate recognition. To go shopping, you have to drive at least 20 minutes, which is a real drawback. Prices at the on-site store are a bit high. There’s also nowhere to go for a walk outside the campground. There’s nowhere nearby where you can go for a walk.
The restroom facilities are very new and clean, as long as everyone takes care not to leave a mess behind. Electricity is billed based on usage, which is fair. Showers without tokens or chips are also great.
The food at the “restaurant” is reasonably priced and plentiful. You can also buy cake in the afternoon.
There’s a fishing pond, an area for cleaning fish, and a dog washing station.
Occasional military exercises take place at the nearby naval base.

Sought and found
We spent a wonderful week here on the campsite. The weather was perfect.
The staff at the campsite are very friendly and helpful.
We had the peace and quiet we were looking for on our pitch. We were very happy about that. The food in the bistro is really wonderful; value for money.
We are pleased that... we were able to book a few more days for 2024.
Maybe by then the access road will have been improved and the pitches will be a bit more obvious........for the big egoists.

Simply great
A super nice quiet campsite. We received a very friendly welcome. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. A few dogs on the site but no soiling or noise from the dogs.

Pure relaxation
The campsite is right on the Baltic Sea and you can camp right on the beach.
We had a pitch between the two sanitary facilities, the pitches were large and everything was fine.
I can only recommend this place, especially to the friendly staff.

After 4 years of abstinence, we were drawn back to the Baltic Sea. We found the place just as we remembered it.

We stayed at the pitch on the Baltic Sea for 14 days. We received a very friendly welcome.
Every day there were delicious fresh bread rolls in the store.
The bistro is very tasty and great value for money.

Spaces not sufficiently visibly marked, with bad luck the neighbor makes himself wider and your own space becomes smaller.
Very nice for young and old
The campsite is wonderfully located directly on the Baltic Sea. If you get a pitch near the water, you can look out over the water directly from the pitch. The sanitary facilities are modern and are cleaned regularly. There is a laundry room where laundry can be washed and dried and dishes washed. Either... by hand or with the dishwasher. There is also a store where you can buy everything you need if you forget something or need something else. There is also a small restaurant serving coffee and cake and a small snack, delicious and at reasonable prices. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Children and dogs are also welcome on the site. There is an extra dog beach and playgrounds for children. The campsite is well suited for young and old.

We were on the site from 01.08- 10.08.21.
We arrived after 18.00, which was no problem. The barrier card was deposited and access was no problem.
The manager and all the staff were always helpful and friendly.
We have already booked for next year and are already looking forward to a great time on the site.

Location on the Baltic Sea, bistro offers good food

The pitches are not properly parceled out, the access route is only sufficient for agricultural purposes, waste disposal, shower and locker times are severely restricted.
Only halfway okay because of the location
This place lives exclusively from the good location - the rest is unkempt, the children's playground is unsecured next to a drainage canal! There is hardly any peace and quiet! The staff only pay attention to the times at which garbage is deposited, you are only allowed to arrive from 3 p.m. onwards,... but in the end it is only your "nose" that decides when you are allowed on the pitch.
Families seem to pool their "Harz4 money" to share a pitch - the clientele is correspondingly bad.

Camping communism is the order of the day here: "Thank you for letting us use your pitch without being asked"!

We can therefore NOT recommend this site for families!
If you value small-minded family representatives who are already drunk at lunchtime: Welcome to Lehmberg!

Relaxed Baltic Sea vacation
Long campsite with a large number of permanent campers directly on the Baltic Sea. The sanitary facilities were always clean during our stay, although the site was well occupied.
Apart from the pitches by the fishing pond, the pitches are not very large, some less than 100 square meters.
Snack bar with... a small menu on site.
Small store for breakfast, cigarettes, drinks and ice cream on the site.
Dog beach section and poop bag stations are available.
The nearest "real" town with restaurants etc. is Eckernförde - approx. 8 km.
Children are welcome and so are dogs.
We personally missed a place in the immediate vicinity with cafes, restaurants or small stores.
We found nothing in Waabs or Klein Waabs.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of permanent campers who hammer, do handicrafts and above all mow the lawn at the weekend. We were so annoyed by this that we left on the second weekend. What a pity.

Perfect top address
We were only here for a short time, but were super happy. There wasn't actually a free pitch. We were first on the North Sea on a campsite that I've never seen before, it couldn't have been worse. We were only there for 3 hours and then went to the Baltic Sea. Other places were not available at all.... But in Lehmberg we were greeted very friendly on the phone. Although it was already closed and when we asked for a parking space, we were then made happy by someone else canceling. Also only because the two ladies from the store told us that they could call the emergency number. Everything was just perfect.
Thank you very much. We will be back.

Beautiful place on the fjord
We stayed here for 10 days in May. The site has a great location right on the fjord.
Sanitary facilities always clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious bread rolls in the morning.
Eckernförde is easy to get to by bike.
The access to the site is a bit adventurous.
We would definitely come back again.
