Restaurant closed due to the travel season, but understandable
Worthwhile stopover
We were stranded here by necessity with our camper. Due to heavy snowfall, we had to cancel our trip to the North Cape and stay here for 2 days. Everything was unproblematic, an extension was no problem at all.
The reception was friendly and the souvenir store was very popular with my wife and me. Unfortunately,... the restaurant was closed at this time of year, as we were alone on the pitch for one night.
There was 20 cm of fresh snow in the morning and the snow clearer was out all day, rigorously clearing the access roads. The price/performance ratio was right all round, everything was there, as well as a wonderful view over the fjord. And when you see Olderfjord glistening in the snow in the evening, it's like a Christmas village.
We would love to stay here again, even for a little longer.

EVERYTHING !
Unkempt, outdated, unclean, dilapidated.
That was nothing. This place is not worth being mentioned anywhere. Dirty and outdated. Sanitary like lounge. Only because the tourists are traveling to or from the North Cape one hopes for overnight guests. We planned our return journey so that we didn't have to stay here a second time.

Perfect place prior to visit Nordkapp
Quite nice located camping site. Good place for fishing. Good location for driving to Nordkapp and Havoysund (Norwegian National Tourist Road). Access to WiFi for 20NOK/day. Price- 185NOK/day (22EUR)- electricity, shower, washing machine included.

The campsite is very messy, there is too little shower room, was there for 4 nights. Polite and friendly service.

looks a bit unkempt and is separated by the street. Nevertheless, underfloor heating in the shower/toilet is a plus. Camping for one night with bike and tent ok, but wouldn't go on vacation there.
