We actually liked everything, maybe the toilets should be cleaned more often, but that's more down to the users than the cleaning staff 🫤

This is my third time at this campsite and I think it's just brilliant! The whole location, with numerous excursions in the surrounding area, but also on the site itself is really brilliant! Above all, I think the goodwill and customer service are excellent! On the other hand, great attention is paid to the environment and nature! Another great thing is that you can check in in advance, online, with your license plate number, and also check out again online, with payment via PayPal, if you prefer this method! Dogs are also very welcome here, as are cyclists and hikers who are only traveling with a small tent! There are also smaller pitches for them, with cooking facilities and benches nearby, some with direct electricity and water connections! I would stay at this campsite again at any time!

I can't even say what I didn't like here, because there's nothing to complain about! Perhaps there could be more food truck options, and it would be good if the small campsite store had a bit more choice for first aid, for cyclists and hikers who need a few basic foodstuffs after their tour without having to walk/cycle to the nearest supermarket first!

The view of the lake is very beautiful. The site has lots of greenery, some with beautiful old trees. With the exception of the disabled bathroom, the sanitary facilities were very clean. The showers were included in the rental price. The food truck is cool and regularly provides guests with tasty treats. You can also check in online and enter your license plate number. Then you don't have to check in on site and can drive straight onto the site. The 'farm store' serves homemade cakes and excellent coffee. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake. The organization and service (incl. BIKE TOOLS) are perfect. You get an email with lots of useful information in good time before you check in. You can also order bread rolls in advance and pay directly via Paypal.

The seats are very small. Every available space is used to accommodate as many guests as possible. Because the seats are arranged in terraces, some areas are relatively 'noisy'. On the lower pitches, you have the feeling of sitting on a platter. Unfortunately, you can't see the differences in height on the site plan. A pitch supposedly in the immediate vicinity of the toilet block turns out to be unsuitable for disabled people. You can't get to the toilets from there with a rollator or wheelchair. However, we were able to switch to a more suitable spot on site with a little discussion. Overall, the topology of the site is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Another disadvantage is the accessibility to the disabled bathroom: firstly, you need a separate key. The Euro key does not fit. Secondly, there is a short ramp outside the door, which makes access more difficult than helpful. Also, the floor was dirty for two days. We had the impression that the disabled bathroom must be there because of the circulation.

The beautiful location on the Kellersee and the relatively small place (number of pitches) very cozy and familiar.

A suggestion: Pitches 77, 78 and 78 are behind the hedge with the garbage containers. There is no smell, but the container flaps make a very loud noise when they close. Unfortunately, guests also throw garbage in between 6 and 7 in the morning and you are immediately woken up by the sound of the flaps. A few simple rubber dampers, as used to be the case on the 1100l or 240l Otto garbage cans, would help here. Attaching these to the four corners shouldn't be a problem. Otherwise everything is great!

Organization, atmosphere, pitches with lake view!!!, cleanliness and the store, only with the tastiest products of the region and as dog-friendly as I have never experienced before....I was surprised and thrilled

Unfortunately, there was only one medical building, so you always had to walk across the whole site. The chemical toilet mentioned on the homepage was also defective.

The location at the lake Were able to leave early without being charged for the rest of the time

That there is only one toilet/wash house and the way from the bottom is very long. The showers are very narrow. Very outdated. On the day of departure we had booked the pitch until 3 pm and at 1 pm the new guests were already standing in front of our pitch. We think €60 per day is very expensive, even if it is all-in, so to speak.
